    When I studied in Sheffield back in 2005-2010, the Malaysian community was already large back then, over 1,000 families. And that's not including the bachelors. You could just shout "Jom Makan!" in the middle of a crowd and a Malaysian is bound to approach you!

      @@nuvesv6933 Too cliche with this sentence. How do minorities pay more taxes than the majority? The majority also have to pay all taxes whether it is door tax, road tax, income tax. Moreover, civil servants do have to pay income tax. Based on the data released by DOSM (Department of statistics Malaysia), the majority of the T20 high-income groups are bumiputera, which is 53% in 2015. In addition, when talking about business, many bumiputeras also have businesses and they also have to pay income tax. Besides that. GLC companies such as Petronas, Maybank, Cimb, Sime Darby, TNB, Khazanah, PNB and many more are Malaysia's largest corporate taxpayers. So, how can you say that the majority use the taxes paid by the minority to send students abroad. Overseas sponsored students also exist among non-bumiputeras..Bumiputera comprise 70.4% of Malaysia's population. Non-Bumiputera 29.6%. If Bumiputeras have to pay taxes and non-Bumiputeras have to pay taxes, of course the tax of 70.4% is greater.

Not ONE specific ethnic of Malaysia, if thats the case then he should ONLY interview Malaysian-Indian or Malaysian-Malay or Malaysian-chinese, others and hence his title of video should be So. My point here is only on the interviewer getting more information on MALAYSIANS as a whole living in UK, because we have many ethnic race who we are proud to say we are malaysians. And the interviewer might miss out on other races’s view on that matter and the viewers wont know. Hope you understand my statement. Please dont deflect the topic by asking another question. Tq for made this video. The bad thing about Malaysian, they only mingle between them. They not even learned other people's culture closely, example if we asked them what is typical British shoes, probably couldn't answer that. I am living in London but in different world & crowd, before I arrived London i stay in Kuala Lumpur 20 years, then Switzerland 2 years & italy for a year. The good thing in London, it's a metropolitan city so it has similarity of the most my life in Kuala Lumpur, rather than Europe. Even though i was downgrade when i live abroad, i am still prefer to stay in London, because there's a lot of opportunities here so I could achieve all of my dreams here.

    • @natasha23950
      @natasha23950 10 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      They couldnt mingle as much because as they said, the way they hang out with friends is different. UK people love nightclubs and bar and even in restaurants it will be awkward if some order pork and liqour. Also we muslims, when we hang out we always have to stop to pray. Which will be quite iritating for non muslims. For chinese and indian malaysians, they can understandably mingle much more. The most important thing is they go there to further studies. Not to blindly assimilate into the uk culture especially when it is in conflict with our religion. Because technically religion wise, you cant be that much 'open minded' because we have different perspectives in life especially in viewing religion.

      “British people” are not a monolith. Some know Malaysia very well, some know of it, and some don’t know it at all.

      The humidity makes the difference where in Middle east it is hot but very less humid and dry so one do not sweat a lot as in Malaysia. That’s the apparent difference

      LOL south east asia is hotter these days compared to middle east. we experienced heat waves every damn year. expect 33-37 celcius during april until may. even if it's not reaching those numbers, humidity is what's gonna end it. middle east is dry at least. Malaysia humid as hell. especially in east coast. you would go back to your state crying
