I personally toured this home and it is wonderful! Here are the things that I asked the rep: 1) Can they put a farm door across the entrance to the two bedrooms upfront. The kids didn’t like passing thru to the bathroom and being seen by anyone in the living room. 2) The office being turned into a large pantry and window changed to a door. We get our meat freshly cut and I want it brought upstairs to go straight in my large freezer in the pantry. Also, it works great with a lot of groceries and BBQ on the porch, which we will build on the outside of this door. Otherwise, will have to take your meat and go thru the utility room to get out back. 3) A sink and doggy shower in the utility room. I need a sink for laundry and washing hands coming from out back. 4) the small closet between the 3rd bedroom and master to be opened up as a pass-through to the in-law suite room in the back and French doors to replace the window so we can have a proper way to get to the backyard without going through the pantry or utility room. These things can all be done, at an extra cost of course. As long as you don’t change the footprint of the home, you can swap change it! Also, the reps are very nice and helpful! We spent hours there touring homes. They even invite you and the family out to see the house at different points of the progress at their facility, because they build it their. Also, they showed us the inside joints and other materials that they use that makes their homes stand out from all the rest and why most of their homes have survived earthquakes. Impressive company!
We bought the Mt.Shasta from palm harbor in 2001 and I like it better then this one. But palm harbor always has nice homes but I can’t stand those cheap looking cabinets. Ours are solid wood. We have been super happy with our palm harbor home and feel they are worth the price tag. I think ours came out to be $270,000 when we bought it. We have it pit set on 230 acres in Oregon.

AWESOME! I would make that little "den/office" area off the kitchen into a walk-in pantry, then the little pantry would be for non-food items like mops, brooms, etc.
With that very cool idea of it being a pantry to store dry foods, spices, etc...You can also store a deep freezer in there and use the windows for growing herbs.

All homes should be ready for future or present disabilities. Or a good set up to support unexpected disability. Things do happen. Homes should be designed to support injury, disability, illness, accidents and aging. A nice therapeutic walk - in jet tub for back surgery or neuropathy would be a plus. A pet bath room would also be really cool.
I, too, look at these mobile or manufactured homes with accessibility in mind. Most accessible ones I’ve seen are single wides with open floor plans and only one bedroom. Why do you think I keep bringing up those narrow hallways and narrow doors to bathrooms and closets and toilets in water closets, because it is too small for a wheel chair. I know that when you’re young you don’t think that one day you might become disabled. I’m sure they can sub in a walk in tub and grab bars and 5’ space around the toilet by leaving off the tiny room called a water closer and making the vanity smaller for a price. Probably it is cheaper doing this before anything gets put in than after. To make the home 100% accessible will not work unless it is being furnished for you because the sinks need to be a certain height and they need to put 8” space under cabinets for front wheels to fit, thereby fewer drawers and cabinets. Also they would need to do roll-in showers so water doesn’t go all over the place for those who cannot stand. Many of the closets are a weird shape. A straight closet with barn doors with lower rods and cubbies in the middle or sides make it easier to keep clothes. Rooms and hallways should all be straight so a wheelchair can get in and out, many are angled making it difficult for chairs to maneuver around corners. Many of the front doors are a good 2-3’ off the ground due to the tire hardware under the home with no roof. Unless you own your own land, ramping might be difficult particularly if you want the 1:12 grade and 5’ turnaround. Many of the mobile home parks are narrow and just enough space for the home.

I love this house Chance, even with the wire rack shelving. I’ve seen this model before and it’s at the top of my list. I would love to live in this home. The decorator was spot on with the best of taste, and the finishes of the cabinets and tile work are spectacular. Love, love, love this.
My wife passed this year, but I watch your channel mostly on her account and before she passed, we were checking out all your videos and loving them! Keep up the good work Chance!
I love this. I used to live in Plant City in late 80’s. My husband and I bought a really nice home there. I loved Plant City especially the fun during Strawberry season. It did not compare in anyway to this house but it was ours and we were so very happy. We both grew up very poor but we worked hard and finally could buy a home. We had two wonderful boys and a beautiful new Grandson. We both had wonderful jobs Life was good and then we found out my husband had cancer. He died 2 months and three days after he was diagnosed. My husband died when we were both 42. I moved back to KY to be close to family. But Plant City will always hold a special place in my heart.
So sorry for you're loss. I know how you feel i've lost several members of my family from cancer as well and it's very hard. May god bless you and your wondeful family.. 🙏❤
I'm sorry about your husband passing, but you will see him again! And I'm so happy you shared a great life together, with love and happiness, no doubt you will see him again! I know this to be true!🙏♥️🙏
I love everything about this house. EVERYTHING!! I was expecting the price to be way higher. There was another house on here that was more expensive than this, but didn’t look nothing like this. I like that looking at it from the front, it doesn’t look like a mobile home. Nice to have family close I’m sure. Be safe. Love the video.

We don't see you dancing, you just don't know you make my day or night when I hear the pantry music, you make these videos worth waiting for thank you so much keep'em coming. @@kuceracm Mobile homes have axles under them and are meant to keep the axles on them, the new manufactured homes are brought to site on a trailer and placed on piers most of the time, some are designed for foundations. The other style the Modular homes are built to the code a stick built house would be built to at that site.
That's a mobile home mansion! Think it's my favorite so far. Everything is gorgeous. Thanks for the pantry dance and the great tour...and enjoy the beach!
I’ve seen hundreds f houses in the past couple of months and this one s the most unique, unusual in design even elegant in decor. The llamas have got to go, and a bt heavy handed with the sculpture type items, but magnificent Asian accents and unusual furniture, shelving. The decorator needs a pay raise. The decor sells this place. Can convert that front office for a freezer, fridge room. And that closet in the master is to die for.
I've loved a lot of the houses you've shown us but this is the first house that would be 100% perfect for our family. There is NOTHING about it I don't love!! Perfect and beautiful!
Out of all the homes you've shown Chance; this house is Amazingly Fabulous!! This would be my #1pick.💕💕.This home looks better than these new modern homes, condos, and townhomes that are being built..😊😊😊 Thanks for doing the videos bc I enjoy watching them and love your sense of humor too!!😂😂
I love the size of the master bedroom but I wish you would tell us the bed size to help us gage the size of the rooms. I agree with you, the wire racks in the closets do not belong in such a luxury home. This was the first video I watched and I like your style of the walkthrough! Very entertaining and informative!
I was just DANCING IN MY SEAT, HOOT HOOT !!! I LOVE this house . But my favorite one so far has the shower for my little 10 pound Toby along with the Cabinets that are really a door for your Pantry. Now I have to watch from the beginning because I was writing this message. God Bless you and your family.
Omgeeeee, this house is absolutely gorgeous!!! Although, there is no designated area where I could build off of for my big back deck & outdoor kitchen this house is in my top five of most favorite homes!!! Yes, this one gets five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🤗🤗👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I would closed off the in-law suite from the flex room and remove that hallway closet next to the master bedroom door and that closet in the flex room. So I can walk directly into the flex room from the halfway. Then I would add french doors on the outside wall in the flex room so that I can be able to put a really large back deck onto the house and be able to walk straight outside. that's what I would do.
I bought this home, changed a few things , light gray walls Dark gray kitchen cabinets . Granite countertops and all the bathrooms except master have walk in showers . Love the place .
Absolutely gorgeous!!! Tha “dog” room is the BOMB !! My dachshund would go bonkers over his own room………First time I’ve seen a home with a dog room in it !!!! Fantastic ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
Y'all, when I tell you video doesn't do this house justice, I does not. The one I viewed here in Houston had the flex room as a second giant master closet, I almost fainted. The options are endless and it stunning inside and out. Love love love this home.

Chance, I just ran across this one. I must have subscribed after this one was shown. Other than needing a wood burning fireplace & a deep sink in the u-til-tee room; it’s perfect!!! I really like this one also!! I’m going to add this one to my list!! Thank you Chance. I guess when you shared this one, Cullen was still a baby. Aww, he’s just a precious little guy!! One thing is for sure, you could never deny him, because he looks just like you. God bless you all & thank you for all you do. 👏❤️
Even though I've had relatives who lived in some really nice mobile homes in Malibu, I never pictured myself in one, until I saw all these beautiful homes you show. If I'm ever able to escape the prison that is Southern California, this is something I might consider. I would just have to find a nice piece of land to put it on. Thanks for all the great home tours Chance !
Hey y'all it's me did you see the floor plan this house right here is that the top of the list Im still in my house standing and clapping like I'm at the SAG awards show That back splash is NICE This whole house is a VIBE!!!! And Im about to watch it again Im blown away
That price for a manufactured home is not expensive. The way this house was constructed is made with better materials than most manufactured homes today. A house built from scratch by a contractor would be anywhere from $240,000 to 500,000 depending on what part of the country you live in. The west coast and east coast are the most expensive from my experience.
This is fabulous...did not see any thing I deliked...I even guessed price of 235,000. And of course I got to witness the great dance, Chance!! Love it and you!!!
My dream home fell in love about two years ago and no matter how many videos I watch on other manufacturers this la belle is still my dream home ❤️

Haha, trying to keep it fun!
@@chanceshomeworldWhat was the name of the music....
Ikr! 🤣🤣😁💯🕺🏾💃🏾
That got me so hyped!
Lol too funny
I love this house Chance, even with the wire rack shelving. I’ve seen this model before and it’s at the top of my list. I would love to live in this home. The decorator was spot on with the best of taste, and the finishes of the cabinets and tile work are spectacular. Love, love, love this.
Love it never seen one that big
My wife passed this year, but I watch your channel mostly on her account and before she passed, we were checking out all your videos and loving them! Keep up the good work Chance!
This is one of the best homes you have shared I’m in love with this one💕💕❤️💥
I think so too! Thank you!
Thanks for sharing Sue, God always has a plan.
So sorry for you're loss. I know how you feel i've lost several members of my family from cancer as well and it's very hard. May god bless you and your wondeful family.. 🙏❤
😢❤
I'm sorry about your husband passing, but you will see him again! And I'm so happy you shared a great life together, with love and happiness, no doubt you will see him again! I know this to be true!🙏♥️🙏
May he rest in peace and God bless you 🙏🙏🙏❤
U are correct on the baddest. This doesn't look like a modular home at all. This home wins my heart. Nothing compares at all. Love.it
Awesome, thanks for watching!
Am I the only one that dances along when he does his pantry dance 😂😎💃 seriously contagious
Haha, like to see that!
Chance's Mobile Home World I move right along with ya. Lol 😝
This is the most beautyfull home I have seen chance you did a amazing job to show us this beautyfull home thank you your the best
I love everything about this house. EVERYTHING!! I was expecting the price to be way higher. There was another house on here that was more expensive than this, but didn’t look nothing like this. I like that looking at it from the front, it doesn’t look like a mobile home. Nice to have family close I’m sure. Be safe. Love the video.
how much is it?
Marilyn Mack Hello Marilyn. Did u watch the video? Chance gives u the price at the end.

Chance. We ALL love you. You have a wonderful sense of humor. Please do NOT lose it. And yes I love this home. Wish it could go to Iowa with me next spring.
Man Chance with this many room's I would need to make myself a map of the place so that I don't get lost.
Hello Mary 😊
Hello Mary....
"Got to be more careful" Chance you done hit the jackpot. Thank you for bringing the pantry music and dance back. We don't see you dancing, you just don't know you make my day or night when I hear the pantry music, you make these videos worth waiting for thank you so much keep'em coming. I will change the stove and wire racks. I'll keep the wine sit on the porch in my rocking chair and do the rock away and lean back, lean back 😂😂😂😂 Please you and your family stay safe we need you all. 🙏💓💕🙏 Watch out for them Gators.
THIS IS AWESOME, THE BEST MOBILE HOME, I HAVE EVER SEEN.
You got me with this one Chance. I thought the first room was the master, but Whewweeee!!! The actual master! Top notch. Love that closet and backsplash!
Glad you enjoyed it!

Wow, this home is gorgeous! Love, love it! I could live in it quite nicely. The price is not bad. Such a classy home!
What's the price?
Had to share this with my mom who doesn’t believe mobile homes can be luxurious
What did your mom say after seeing it?
@ByeDon 2020 no answer :(
It is not a mobile home, it is not designed to move once placed.
@@badgerpa9 but that is most mobile homes. Once they are moved to the property and put on a permanent foundation they aren't meant to move again.
@@kuceracm Mobile homes have axles under them and are meant to keep the axles on them, the new manufactured homes are brought to site on a trailer and placed on piers most of the time, some are designed for foundations. The other style the Modular homes are built to the code a stick built house would be built to at that site.
I don’t think I would change a single thing in this home. Just love right in and call it home
Now this is what I'm talking about ... This is perfect and deserves 15 likes lol
Haha, I'm with you!
That's a mobile home mansion! Think it's my favorite so far. Everything is gorgeous. Thanks for the pantry dance and the great tour...and enjoy the beach!
Thanks so much 😊
I’ve seen hundreds f houses in the past couple of months and this one s the most unique, unusual in design even elegant in decor. The llamas have got to go, and a bt heavy handed with the sculpture type items, but magnificent Asian accents and unusual furniture, shelving. The decorator needs a pay raise. The decor sells this place. Can convert that front office for a freezer, fridge room. And that closet in the master is to die for.
Chance, we fell in love with this model over a year ago. For us it is perfect! I want it as is with the furnishings 😍
Great to hear!
Holy cow, that is phenomenal.
Thanks, I agree!
Beautiful, beautiful home!!!
Hello Cindy 😊
I've loved a lot of the houses you've shown us but this is the first house that would be 100% perfect for our family. There is NOTHING about it I don't love!! Perfect and beautiful!
It's just incredible! Omg!!! Unbelievable!!
Out of all the homes you've shown Chance;
this house is Amazingly Fabulous!! This would be my #1pick.💕💕.This home looks better than these new modern homes, condos, and townhomes that are being built..😊😊😊
Thanks for doing the videos bc I enjoy watching them and love your sense of humor too!!😂😂
I love the size of the master bedroom but I wish you would tell us the bed size to help us gage the size of the rooms. I agree with you, the wire racks in the closets do not belong in such a luxury home. This was the first video I watched and I like your style of the walkthrough! Very entertaining and informative!
The master i believe it showed was 15-5 x 12-10 look at the quick flash of the floor plan at 2:58
Agree, Cheap closet makings. I would like real wood in the closets. I don't like that at all. But everything else is so beautiful.
Your so right. This is the most amazing home I have ever seen. Thank you.
This house literally has it all! ❤❤
I never thought I would want to live in a mobile home until today. That home is gorgeous!
Haha, great to hear!
I love this house. Everything you could ever want. Most of all I love master walk in closet and pet area
Haha, awesome!
@@Justswagdifferent that would probably be the most adequate plan. Thanks my dear for the brilliant idea!!! 🤗🤗🤗
You could easily make that flex room into a sunroom with a sliding door that leads to the outside/Deck.
@@Dovieandi_Se_Tovya_Sagain absolutely!
This is definitely a beautiful home. You covered everything perfectly. This a house anyone would be proud to call “home”. Thanks again!
I totally agree!
I bought this home, changed a few things , light gray walls Dark gray kitchen cabinets . Granite countertops and all the bathrooms except master have walk in showers . Love the place .
This home is absolutely beautiful.
Absolutely gorgeous!!! Tha “dog” room is the BOMB !! My dachshund would go bonkers over his own room………First time I’ve seen a home with a dog room in it !!!! Fantastic ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
I love almost everything about this one. Just the white bathroom sinks, and showers
I love this home and Chance should be a comedian. I'll definitely start watching his videos.
Y'all, when I tell you video doesn't do this house justice, I does not. The one I viewed here in Houston had the flex room as a second giant master closet, I almost fainted. The options are endless and it stunning inside and out. Love love love this home.
How much does it cost?
@@celestinesantarossa421 That one was priced at $200,000, but has since been reduced by a few thousand. Its the model only as is.

Now this is a perfect home, Chance; the best I've seen since I started watching your videos.
Wow, thank you!
This is the nicest home I've seen so far.
This is totally fantastically super awesome.... would NOT change a thing!!!!! Love it !!!❤️❤️❤️
Haha, I'm with you 100%.
I love everything about this home!!! ❤❤❤❤
Beautiful!!! Or should I say, “Wowzer bowzer!!! Love your show chance!
Haha, I like wowzer bowzer better!
I've been on missions over seas for a while, ready to return home to Florida.
Maybe something like this for you in the near future! God bless you and the work you do! ❣️🙏
This is what I wish I had when my four kids were growing up. Beautiful!!!!!'
I always hit the like button.
But, sometimes I wish they had an optional "Love" button.
Wow, that is the nicest mobile home yet!
Yea, this def a nice one!
I am always amazed at the next house after I see one and say that the one! OMG!!! This is the one!😂
Haha, me too!
Hello Sherrie😊
Even though I've had relatives who lived in some really nice mobile homes in Malibu, I never pictured myself in one, until I saw all these beautiful homes you show.
If I'm ever able to escape the prison that is Southern California, this is something I might consider. I would just have to find a nice piece of land to put it on.
Thanks for all the great home tours Chance !
Wonderful use of Asian touches in decor- the sinks in bathroom, the shades of green used, how the color is used. Window use. Just exceptional.
This is not my grandma's mobile home. Beautiful!
Hey y'all it's me did you see the floor plan this house right here is that the top of the list
Im still in my house standing and clapping like I'm at the SAG awards show
That back splash is NICE
This whole house is a VIBE!!!!
And Im about to watch it again
Im blown away
Great to hear!
I live in Florida, and I am going to see this home on Saturday!! I can't wait to walk through
Hope you enjoy it! Tell them you seen it from the channel please!
Hello Joanie😊
Hello Joanie....
I love this!! Palm Harbor makes the most beautiful homes, all it needs is a fireplace!
Thanks Pat, it def is a beauty!
Yes, this is a gorgeous home. I was thinking that too. Only thing missing is a stone fireplace in the den! 🥰
Only been watching for over a Year or more, BUT THIS ONE, i think is the Best one Yet!
BUT, those Price Tags be HEFTY!
Thanks for watching so many vids.
Absolutely!
What is the price on this?
This is fabulous...did not see any thing I deliked...I even guessed price of 235,000. And of course I got to witness the great dance, Chance!! Love it and you!!!
WOW!!!!!!! THIS IS GORGEOUS!!!!!!
I agree Debra!
