    She should’ve asked her why didn’t she call for help! That’s a legitimate question that could’ve given us more insight on her thought process in that moment. Everybody’s treating her like this woe is me delicate little angel! Sheesh she put the baby in the trash! Get some answers!

      @@Goneinsane616 that’s your OPINION. but saving lives is actually their job so in MY opinion, the question is valid. She stated she could’ve asked but chose not to because she was being gentle with her! And that was not this nurse’s job to make sure she was ok. Her job was to get her to fill out paperwork and get information from Alexee. “One job” is a bit dense. This is a layered matter.

      @@IcedMachiatto “I understand your frustration and desire for more insight into the monster actions during that moment. Asking why she didn’t call for help could indeed provide valuable information about her thought process at the time. It’s important to approach such questions with the intention of understanding the full context.
      However, in legal proceedings, it’s important to note that the state doesn’t necessarily have to prove motive. The focus is typically on establishing who committed the act and presenting evidence to support that. While motive can help provide a clearer understanding of someone’s actions, it may not always be a requirement for the prosecution’s case.
      It’s crucial to allow the legal process to unfold and provide a fair evaluation. If you have further thoughts or details you’d like to discuss, I’m open to hearing them.

She said she wanted to ask her why didn’t she call for help but chose not to in the interest of being gentle with her when that’s a very valid question at the moment because that’s literally what they’re there for. To help and save lives. But it’s either here nor there because she didn’t ask.

    Ok so if she obviously held the baby in her hands and didn’t check if it was breathing, had a pulse, or had a warm body and wasn’t cold, how could she in her mind confirm it’s dead just bc of a lack of a cry after she got it out. Like that to me immediately says since she didn’t check for anything else then she just wanted to believe it was’t alive or didn’t want to spare him even seconds to cry so she IMMEDIATELY placed him in a bad and suffocated him. Like are we all seeing the same picture as I am or not. Is it not instinctive for everyone at this point to recognize when a body is dead and when it isn’t and how to verify?

    What pisses me off the most about this case is that Alexee was at the hospital. There was a button in the bathroom she could’ve press if she didn’t know what to do. I’m not defending her when I say this next sentence, I think she was scared of Rosa. Imagine being mad at your own daughter for not being a virgin other then the fact she killed her own baby. I don’t believe both of them didn’t know about the pregnancy. For sure, Alexee knew she was pregnant. I don’t care what her folks or lawyer say. She knew she was pregnant including Rosa. Tell that to the judge. I’m hoping the jury has better sense to find her guilty. The evidence at the hospital should he more then enough evidence to prove that she is guilty. Fuck Alexee and her family!

    I'm curious as to how she cut the umbilical cord. If the baby came out while she was sitting on the toilet, then what did she do to separate the baby from herself? There was definitely more done between the baby coming out and her putting him in the trash can. If she ripped it or tore it, she must have used some serious strength.

    This is a very interesting family dynamic. The mother and the grandmother and the rest of the family are completely bizarre in that they are totally not caring for the baby's death. The only one in the family that seems to care is the stepfather. The grandmother seems to want custody of the infant for the reason of cremation. I'm sure when they did the autopsy they did DNA to prove that the mother and the father are the right parents for the child. I don't know about if the police department without a warrant can get DNA from the father to prove that he is the father, because I have a hunch that he isn't, with this family's bizarre continuous behavior I think that possibility is that the step-grandfather might be the father? The reason I think this might be possible is that The stepfather is the only one that showed that he cared for the baby, and this family as I said twice is very bizarre. The girl is 19 years old and her mother treats her like a adolescent teenager, in order for the mother to treat her daughter like she isn't pregnant or 9 months in the house , mother not realizing that her daughter was pregnant shows that the mother was in complete denial , what other secrets that the mother is in denial about, or for the whole family for that matter. Is the reason why she had a boyfriend because they're hiding the fact that the step-grandfather is the one that is the father, and they wanted the daughter to have a boyfriend to say he is the father. The daughter could not give up the child for adoption, or have an abortion, without the father having the right to contest the abortion. The only way she could have the baby and dispose of it, thinking that the hospital staff would think she had a miscarriage and flushed it down the toilet. If she had the child DNA would be used to show who the father was . This was her only way to protect her family she thought these questions have been brought to your attention thank you

    • @Rayna429
      @Rayna429 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm thinking the same thing! That whole family wanted to keep this pregnancy a secret. And if that is the secret that would explain the weird behavior of the mother: not asking any questions about the baby's sex, well being--nothing! That mother knew that Alexee was pregnant and she wanted to keep that man more than she wanted to protect her daughters.

    Its going to be important to know the time interval between the birth and the discovery of the baby.
    The fact that the ER doctor didnt attempt resuscitation is good and bad, for different reasons. On one hand it helps preserve the "evidence". But on the other hand, not attempting resuscitation is completely against NRP guidelines for a neonate. So, since they DID NOT attempt resuscitation, and decided to ignore NRP guidelines, can the defense claim the HOSPITAL was negligent?

    • @mariahj.6403
      @mariahj.6403 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      The live camera footage shows the timeliness, amd time stamps. She was in the bathroom for roughly 18 minutes. They did follow NRP guidelines in not atarying resuscitation measures if there are no signs of life. That baby could only survive for about 2 minutes in that plastic bag and it had been 10x that long. It would have been unethical to start resuscitation by that time.

    • @TeaSpiracy
      @TeaSpiracy ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@no1specialtoyou789 the blood on the walls was likely from ripping the umbilical cord. It has 3 blood vessels: TWO are ARTERIES which carry blood to the placenta and a larger vein which returns blood to the fetus.
