    Thats not what was meant by 'fittest', it meant the ability to adapt and resourcefulness.
    So the strongest and most dominant was not necessarily the 'fittest' and did not always equate to the most resourceful either. In this regard it could very well be argued the criminal mind as extremely 'fit' as its highly adaptable, even just from not conforming to the rule of law makes them more adaptable than those who do. The mind of a criminal can be true genius.
