Great workout! My abs/ core were lighting up! The plank with the heel drops really started the fire! I really enjoy this format for the YOPD class. I like the variety of exercises. Doing 8 exercises 2 times in 2 circuits really keeps it engaging. As always, thanks for your creativity and challenge with your workouts!

Hi Lauren!!! As always, the great workout! I made some of the exercises easier, but I still sweated.

    Hello Team,
My father suffering from Parkinson’s disease from 10 years it getting worse as sometime he couldn’t take step forward as it mostly effected right side of leg, hand and automatically he stops and no movement of his right leg
Any simple exercise for getting clear steps and to stop gaits in legs.
But ,if he takes medicine it will work still the medicine power will be but again after the power of medicine drops again it will hard to take steps and movement .
One more doubt, the medicine will be take time to works for the Parkinson’s patients
your suggestion and guidance on exercise will really helpful
    Thanks in advance

The balance exercise in the first circuit was FUN! (even though my ball got away from me). A minute sometimes feels like a long time (for me the moving fast is hardest).

Hi Tamara - Thank you for your comments. I am so happy you enjoyed the balance exercise. It is a fun way of triggering all the sensors in the brain and muscles in the core that helps with balance. Good for you! Also...you are not alone with your difficulty with the fast exercises. It is hard to make yourself work so quickly for a full minute. Keep up the good work.
