Great workout! My abs/ core were lighting up! The plank with the heel drops really started the fire! I really enjoy this format for the YOPD class. I like the variety of exercises. Doing 8 exercises 2 times in 2 circuits really keeps it engaging. As always, thanks for your creativity and challenge with your workouts!
YAY for you Eric!!!! Thank you for your comments. I am so glad you are enjoying this format. It is good to mix it up a bit and try something new. How did you do with the pattern at the end? Did you get it? thank you for all your support and enthusiasm.

The balance exercise in the first circuit was FUN! (even though my ball got away from me). A minute sometimes feels like a long time (for me the moving fast is hardest).
Hi Tamara - Thank you for your comments. I am so happy you enjoyed the balance exercise. It is a fun way of triggering all the sensors in the brain and muscles in the core that helps with balance. Good for you! Also...you are not alone with your difficulty with the fast exercises. It is hard to make yourself work so quickly for a full minute. Keep up the good work.
Hi Tamara!! Thank you so much for your comment - we're so glad you had fun with the balancing and this class!! Keep up the great work and we will see you again soon for class :)
