  • Welcome to our comprehensive guide on Parkinson’s Disease Exercises for Balance Improvement. This video is designed to help those with Parkinson’s disease enhance their standing and walking balance through a series of targeted exercises. As Parkinson’s progresses, movement quality can decline, affecting balance. However, with consistent exercise and home therapy, we can slow down the disease’s progression.
Our video includes the following exercises, specifically curated for Parkinson’s patients:
    Tip Toes
    Toes Up
    Heel Toes
    Step to the Side
    Front Side Back
    Square Dance
    Rocking
    March in Place
    Bonus Tip
These exercises are part of an effective home exercise program developed through occupational therapy to improve balance in Parkinson’s patients.
If you find this video beneficial, please subscribe to our channel and give us a thumbs up. For any queries or feedback, feel free to leave a comment below. Let’s exercise our body and mind to get stronger together. Remember, consistency is key in slowing down Parkinson’s progression. Stay strong!

Hey Nathan, I'm or I should say I was a rock blues guitarist, I think my illness started about 5 years ago, the last year I've had to stop playing with my band, my fretting hand just doesn't work now, I continue to play at home because it was basically my life and I think playing scales etc is good therapy for my fingers , I enjoy your lessons etc, you're a cool 😎 guy, Thx.

My mom is 82 too with pads.
      Just doit real slow.
      After each 5 repetitions ,stop,take a 2 minute break ,and thendo 5 more .
Secondly , breathe consciously while exercising.
Third always use a support ,chair, railing to hold onto.
Fourthly , brain is an organ who tells rest ofbody what to do . So constantly 5 time a day , look inthe mirror and TALK TO YOURSELF SAYING // DEAR BRAIN , REMEMBER YOU ARE PERFECT. DO ONLY REMEMBER TO TELL ALL PARTS OF THIS BODY ,TO SMOOTHLY FUNCTION. BRAIN, YR POWER IS IMMENSE ABD UNLIMITED. U WILL DO THIS AND U MOST SURELY CAN.//
Believe this and you wil find a difference. Use your powerful mind and imaginarion to constantly SEE yourself as being better and better daily , in everyway.
If God cud walk on water, make 5 fish into thousands...remember the same Hod is WITHIN YOU, YES.
So , that same force, energy,God, can control your brain to get better and better to deal with healing you.
      God Bless
