I got a glass of water and put a teaspoon of this powder form in my water and then I pick up My cup and I smelt sea water in fish I put the cup back down on the counter and just stared at it 😂😅it took me about 20min to actually drink that stuff I couldn't sip on it I had to drink it like I was dehydrated for water. After I drunk the sea Moss. I was waiting to see how my body would react the reaction was quick my whole inside were calm and I'm feeling Good....

If you were to turn it into a gel, you are basically combining the water you put it into, so as long as you're soaking it in a consumable product then yes, you can have it. If you are more worried about heavy metals at all, then that is the place they could be going if any do exist. But like I said in the video, it's not a high probability.

What get's me is that I paid a premium because I know that real irish sea moss is seasonal and hard to get. I feel duped by those who sale the "fake" stuff at the "real" stuff prices. They may have close to the same benefit but they should not be the same price.
