Please read the article listed below to learn more about sea moss. This video ONLY covers how to make it into a gel. There are A LOT of people giving misinformation and selling this stuff when they are not educated on it. The articles linked below are non bias (as I do not sell sea moss myself) and they link out to marine sites so you can research yourself and be more educated about sea moss.

A word of caution - having too much of this can negatively affect your thyroid, use small amounts daily for optimal health, give yourself a break once in a while, and listen to your body as always. Great video!

Show us the studies because I'm from the Caribbean and we drink sea moss a lot and that is incorrect what you said here. It also have iodine which is good for your thyroid and I know too much of anything not good for you. Is not like you drinking sea moss whole day everyday. Only us in the Caribbean (Trinidad and Tobago) knows how to make sea moss in many different ways so do research before you jump the gun.

Sorry to say but all moss doesn’t contain those. The region where the moss is picked not farmed or washed up to shore and sun bleached til there are no minerals. You want cold water sourced condrus crispus and that that equator grown stuff. Dr sebi was promoting the Irish moss coming from cold water regions. Understand it’s not the mineral content that makes moss so good. It’s the galactose starch sheets. The same bio available nutrient found in breast milk to stimulate the neurons, stem cells, and more. I’ll show you what moss is suppose to look like when it’s processed to its bio available from for human consumption.

Allo luv! Love your website, and love this video, many thanks! One request though: instead of '1 cup' or '2 cups' of the moss at start, can you weigh it or give us an approximate weight measurement? I get it, its like the way i cook a lot of things by just eye-balling it, but if you're going to give 1st-timers (like me) instructions, its waaaay more accurate to do it by weight the first time and as a baseline.
    much love!

This is a very good video about showing how to wash, clean, and make the seamoss gel before proceeding to make the drink.
I'll share my recipe below if anyone would like to try it. I've been preparing and making seamoss for the past fifty years (50).
I first rinse it well and soak overnight with some lemon/lime juice. The next day, I rinse it again, add clean water, and boil (it doesn't have to be boiled)!
When I'm making my drink, I add to a blender some of the seamoss gel, evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, Angostura bitters, and blend until smooth. This is not (only) nutritious but also very delicious!

I tried the cooking method while blending. It is a way of pasteurisation then poured the gel in in to sterilised jars. After that I.held them in hot water at temp 85 degrees for 10 minutes. After cooling, I could not notice significant changes on its taste. Stays longer for sure

I purchased Caribbean purple sea moss from Genni and I want to include it in my diet for general health, but I am afraid of iron or iodine toxicity. What do you advise me to get the wonderful benefits of it without the harm? How long do I use it? I am 38 years old and I want to have good health and prevent any infections. I made the purchase without consulting any doctor. I only bought it because I want a healthy appearance for my body. By the way, a very nice video. I benefited from it. You are excellent.❤❤❤

@@doaashindy thank you for the compliment ❤️❤️❤️ I cannot give medical advice as I'm not a licensed profession. I can only give recipes. If you have some underlying issue that you're worried about iodine from seaweed (thyroid issues).. I would consult a professional. Iron is typically not a concern in seaweed.
