      With full due respect, this device is always with quite robust and reliable performance, and engineers tested each device (one by one) before device is out of factory, as far as I know. Therefore, I reasonably expect that there shall exist somewhere that you operate in incorrect way. It is my rough opinion. With best regards.

      It's simple. Make your own eSim plan, which may be offered by some service provider. Use our smartphone to do the bluetooth connect with our eSIM MIFI device, scan QR code, do some simple settings. Then it is done, and data traffic can be used. Sure, if you are interested, you can send email to us, and we are happy to share with you some files about it.

      By the way, currently there are over 50 eSIM providers have been tested smoothly by us, mostly in Europe.

    Is this also allow physical SIM?

    • @lilyyan5645
      @lilyyan5645  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, but some simple steps will be done, for physical mode. 1) Use original data cable to connect router and pc/ laptop, accessing backend, ie 192.168.0.1, inputting account and password, both being admin. 2) Access Settings -> Reboot -> change the default setting of 'eSIM' to 'physical SIM', then reboot. Wait until its automatic re-startup. These two steps are necessary, since it is always eSIM mode in default when out of factory (actually, eSIM mode is what the device is mainly designed for). If it is in eSIM mode, physical SIM card will be not recognized even it is inserted into. As to the physical SIM card slot, it is designed deep behind the battery on the backcover, a bit like the style of old Nokia phone. There exists the card slot, and also the RESET button, surely together with battery, under the backcover of router. Info is introduced as above. Regards.

      @@lilyyan5645 I am having trouble inserting the SIM into the slot behind the battery. It doesn't seem to fit Standard, Micro, or Nano size SIM. Can you show a picture of how the SIM is inserted into that slot after the battery is removed?

    Hello! Tell me how to find out the price of 1 megabyte of esim?

    • @lilyyan5645
      @lilyyan5645  ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on the eSim service provider, and also perhaps the specific country where the service will be applied in. Undoubtedly there will exist eSim service applicable for worldwide, yet, it will be quite expensive. Thus, normally the service applied for certain specific country will be always suggested.
      As to cost, perhaps you can visit your reliable eSIM service providers' websites to find the cost list there.
      I randomly list some as rough examples. For example, if it is GigSky, I think its website can be accessed and details can be got there.
      www.gigsky.com/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwgNanBhDUARIsAAeIcAsa4yeW-xXqN-Fm4UiOovwBSMnhEAc-9DReLlxnE5bD20rDvO9EJK0aApQzEALw_wcB
      Or, if it is Ubigi, then cellulardata.ubigi.com/ can be visited.
      Sure, some eSIM service providers can offer 10% OFF discount if using our MIFI router device's coupon to purchase.
      It is roughly shared as above. As to details, you can take a look in further at your side.
      Regards.
