Yes, but some simple steps will be done, for physical mode. 1) Use original data cable to connect router and pc/ laptop, accessing backend, ie 192.168.0.1, inputting account and password, both being admin. 2) Access Settings -> Reboot -> change the default setting of 'eSIM' to 'physical SIM', then reboot. Wait until its automatic re-startup. These two steps are necessary, since it is always eSIM mode in default when out of factory (actually, eSIM mode is what the device is mainly designed for). If it is in eSIM mode, physical SIM card will be not recognized even it is inserted into. As to the physical SIM card slot, it is designed deep behind the battery on the backcover, a bit like the style of old Nokia phone. As we know, our pump product is a small pump, though its power efficiency is considerably robust. Yet, if we as users wanna use it for the horizontal distance of 300 ft and vertical upwards distance of 25 ft, I think that is over the capacity of pump of this size. @@lilyyan5645 Hi, thanks for replying to me....I've already tried but maybe the retailer no longer exists or has changed its name, I don't know but I can't contact them anymore....if you want I can send you photos of the screens and the model which is identical to what you have on the video but it definitely has different software and hardware because the screen is different from what you show on the video.....I don't even know how to understand what version of hw and fw you have installed on board this machine which I believe is a good compromise except that I can't find any signal of a corresponding satellite set... Hi Jimmydinos. Got your message. Actually, if a meter works fine, then it is not suggested that firmware update be processed. Just keep it for your use. In most cases, it will be only small update/ upgrade, while firmware update could cause extra risks on use. That is my opinion, in the responsible attitude.

By the way, it is not suggested that users find firmware from some websites, since it is possible that such firmwares are not so compatible (sometimes it happens, since hardware design may be changed by SATLINK, though not frequently). In brief, just keep the current version if it works fine.
