Les, I LOVE your solo episodes and have been so pleasantly surprised to see them pop up over the past few weeks. Sure, guests add value, knowledge and perspective, but there’s something about the solo episodes that give me opportunities to think things over and throw question out there and sit with certain thoughts. Idk if I’m explaining it the best way LOL. Solo episodes are just very cozy and intimate. It’s like talking to a friend instead of being a fly on the wall, observing a conversation between two people. Your podcast is a weekly part of my wellness routine. You’re doing amazing!
I can totally relate to not being able to sleep in anymore in my 30s, so I’m working on building up the habit of going to bed earlier. Another great episode 💕
35:51 mi nutritionist told me its bad if you eat and go ti sleep right away , because the digestion interacts with your sleep , it digest at least 2 hours before sleep .. and about the coffee too in the morning not right away when you wake up , because it interacts with your collagen witch is the anxiety hormone and you may feel more anxious , to avoid that drink coffee 1/2 hours after getting awaken. And don’t grab your phone fist thing in the morning.
Hey Les. I loved this episode but I wish I could’ve called in to ask a question. Can you please consider a live episode where your listeners can ask Les? Lol I was interested to know what you would suggest for women like me I’m in my 30s a single mother of 1. And I work in law enforcement so I’m working north of 50 hours per week. My schedule is all over the place and routines are out of the question for me. I literally listen to your podcasts on the go. In the car, while I do paperwork or while cleaning at home. I’m super busy but I still want optimal health. What do you think are some way I could incorporate fitness into my tight fluctuating schedule?
Started moving my body at 25/26. Now at 27, I train consistently in Calisthenics. Also, 35???!!! Sis is the definition of Black Don't Crack Unless You're Smoking It!
It’s shocking how Women’s Magic Truths on Borlest isn’t being discussed. The book is full of life-changing insights, yet no one seems to notice. Time to break the trance and read it yourself!

Great tips! I was listening to this while in the gym lol. Do you have any videos about skincare as you get older?
