    In order to be able to move the washer its important to purchase the dolly made for those portable washer available on amazon I bought one in gray....and its easily adjustble to perfectly fit right to the size!

    You just saved me big bucks. I was going to call a plumber or electrician. While your unit was on the ground and the bottom open, I can see where this part came out of mine goes. It's that round white thing. There are two of them. One of them came OUT of the bottom when I was trying to move it. I emailed Black & Decker to help me figure out where it goes, and they haven't gotten back to me yet. I didn't know you could put the unit on the ground like you have, and now I can see clear as day where that part goes! You helped me so much. Thank you!

    I bought my first set of the washer and the corresponding dryer at the end of 2019. Those two units are still in a house that I rent out and are greatly appreciated by the renter. I recently purchased the 3.0 ft.³ wash machine for myself as well as the corresponding dryer and the rack. These are wonderful units in my experience and I feel like your video is one of the most comprehensive reviews I’ve ever seen on this. Thank you for giving me a refresher course on the set up.👍

    you can reduce that space between the machine and wall by using a 90 degree Garden Hose Elbow. you can get the distance down to about 2 and half inches without messing up the hoses.

    I just wanted to say that you did a great job with this review. I've been looking around TH-cam for reviews on this and similar products... Most of them fail to do a decent job. They don't go over the specs, they don't put much thought into framing shots or having decent sound, and so on. I can tell you put some time and thought into this before you jumped in front of the camera and i appreciate that greatly.
    Also a side comment. I don't know if you've done this sort of thing a lot, but you have a great personality for this kind of thing. I'll go through your channel after this to see what else you've done.

    Edit: Found out that if you find water in your unit... it was tested to work in the factory. Good to know!

  • @rbeygarcia
    @rbeygarcia 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    1:20 Because the components are not ALL made in the same factory. Wherever a pre-made, universal part can be sourced cheaper they’ll use that, to save time and money. The part may come from a different state or even country. The components don’t come together until they separately reach the packing warehouse at yet another different location from where they were made. Packing it keeps the brand from spending more manpower hours just to adhere that piece of plastic to the machine. They churn product out faster, and can sell it cheaper.

    • @diyunboxing4545

      Cold. The other one should not leak, but you can always put a cap on the other one.

    • @theblackdog2399
      @theblackdog2399 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You hook it up to the cold inlet and screw the supplied cap to the hot water inlet. Then you control the water temperature via your hot and cold water service values on your sink.
      For instance, for hot water, before you hook your inlet hose to your quick connect, run the water until the water is hot. Close the hot water service valve and then connect the inlet hose to the quick connect, then turn the hot water service valve back on. Once, your washing machine tub is filled with hot water and the wash cycle begins, shut off your hot water service valve and then turn on your cold water service valve so your washing machine can rinse in cold water.
      Furthermore, on your front controls, always set your temperature setting to cold.
