    This 30 minute workout uses bodyweight moves in a tabata format of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, in 4 minute rounds. Strengthen and tone your entire body with safe but effective exercises for pregnancy. This workout is great for all trimesters of pregnancy, as long as you have been cleared by a doctor for exercise during pregnancy. Options for all fitness levels.

    Loved this workout!! Great for cardio when I needed a break from the weights! You have the best prenatal workouts! Able to do this at 26 weeks pregnant! Thanks for helping me stay fit and motivated! I love how real you are in your videos.

    Thanks for releasing a new prenatal video, Amy! I'm 28 weeks pregnant and since in Argentina we've been in quarentine for 3 months now (and still counting...), this is the only workout I can do.     Love this workout Amy! I am currently 21 weeks with second pregnancy and I feel so much better after doing these exercises. I been working out with your videos for about 8weeks now and I can totally see a difference.

    Thanks for the great prenatal video, I watched your other prenatal workouts as well since 10 weeks pregnant :) Currently i am 16 weeks and found this a bit challenging but good! Please keep making them :)

    Amy, thank you so much for your videos.
    They keep me moving. I feel safe specially because you give different options for those of us in different pregnancy stages.
    Also I appreciate that you keep talking I feel more engaged opposed to other channels that I tried before (thank you for the extra effort you put in your lungs🤗).
    I just have one request to make: make the pauses a little longer for exercises on the ground. I'm currently 21 weeks. My belly is getting bigger and bigger. I don't feel so agile anymore. So when I was switching between side plank and the other movement you were already done 😅. Of course I can rewind the video but it would be nice to have a little extra time and I would less in a hurry trying to keep in sync.
    Again thank you so much. I can already imagine me telling stories to my little baby girl about how I put on an effort to keep us healthy with your videos during this precious time of pregnancy. I'll stop this long text here for now, because I'm starting to get emotional 😂🥰.

    Thanks for releasing a new video! I've been exclusively using your videos on repeat throughout pregnancy. Your first set of videos are the perfect pace for me me, perhaps cos it's also my first. Your 2nd pregnancy videos I found not challenging enough, but this current video was a little too fast. The tabata changes on the mat were too much so I had to pause.
    Thanks for doing something new to spice up the lockdown workouts!

      It's better to mix things up. Check out Amy's other prenatal workouts. There are lots of them here. I've been doing them for a while and I love them. You can make a playlist of your favourites too. Good luck with your pregnancy :)

    Hi....I am 7 weeks pregnant and I am obese too...so doctor told me not do cardio...but I would like to do some mild cardio and also some other exercises for both of us health...so could you do some beginner friendly prenatal workout...so that It may health to keep us healthy...

      Look for prenatal yoga or pilates. That would be a good low impact option.

    Im 4weeks pregnant for the first time im super nervous and tensed for my excess weight gain will this workout help me maintain a balance in my weight n not grow to fat?

      Try not to focus on gaining weight....just stay active and eat healthy for you and your baby. You will gain weight! Just do what you can to gain it as recommended.
