    I would like to just say that I am 36 weeks pregnant and have worked out all my life. Your leg workouts are the only ones I have in my youtube workout playlist that I specifically created for my pregnancy and post partum workout plan. I encourage others even if not pregnant to do your videos you are absolutely phenomenal at these strength training videos. You are my strength training go to and growwithjo is my cardio go to. What a killer workout! Thanks again for your wonderful videos!!!! 😅😀

    I'm 31 weeks pregnant but I've been doing this video since my second trimester. Such a welcome change of pace because there are not enough videos out there for pregnant women who were active before. I was seriously discouraged trying to find high-intensity, low-impact, pregnancy friendly workouts throughout COVID. These videos have been a lifesaver! Thank you!!!

    Whooo! Finally got the green light to exercise and take off my aircast (rupture of the achilles tendon) after a 3 month healing process. 19 weeks pregnant today.     Thank you so much. Pre pregnancy I would work out a lot and was so discouraged after a hard first trimester feeling like I would never be able to work out the way I used to.     It has been a while since I’ve done some of your older workouts…I love them all, but I sorely missed the breaks in this one! Ha! I kept thinking we would get some rest between moves, but you are so strong you just keep on going :) Definitely raised my heart rate and gave me a good sweat this morning-thank you!

    Honestly love this workout! I was pretty active prior to pregnancy and have struggled with consistency. I’m 19 weeks now and hadn’t found a solid workout plan until I recently discovered this channel. Challenging but doable! Thanks for making this amazing playlist accessible!

    I did this workout yesterday and oh boy... I am so sore! I'm 22 weeks pregnant, it was challenging but we made it until the end! As someone who is used to working out regularly I was surprised to come across something that really challenged and the soreness of the next day was something I was not expecting, but don't get me wrong, it's a great feeling! Thanks a lot for bringing us this challenging but very helpful workouts! I look forward to more videos like this! Love your channel! Best wishes!

    need more of these workouts for pregnant women who are fit already! there are too many prenatal workouts but they are easy. It is tough to put yourself to sweat like this especially with no access to the gym (covid-19 season....) Please release more workouts like these for fit pregnant mamas :)

    I don’t usually comment on social medias but when I do it’s because the content truly blew my mind.
    I’m not exaggerating when I say your videos solved at least 50% of my anxiety when I first found out about my 1st pregnancy. One of my concerns was that I had to give up my workout routine. Working out had always been my go-to method to lighten myself up in the past. And I was freaking out a little thinking I wouldn’t be able to with all the upcoming mood swings, until I found your channel.
    I did a few other prenatal exercises I can find first and exactly like you said, they barely challenged me. So when I found your website and saw your journey of starting the series, I knew that I found the right place.
    I did this workout two days ago and for the very first time since I found out about the pregnancy, I felt that long due, good old muscle soreness again. Something I never imagined I could feel during this special time before. Now I’m hooked. I’ve planned my entire new weekly routine exclusively with your videos.

    I completed my first work out with you yesterday, and I am about to begin this video! I agree with some of the other commenters - all of the other prenatal workouts I have come across are boring and don’t feel challenging enough. All of your pregnancy workouts that I have saved and previewed so far feel on par with non-pregnancy work outside done before. Minus all the hiit. Thank you!

    From what I can count from my comments below, this is at least the 4th time I do this workout, the first one being around 8 months pregnant. I lifted the heaviest this time and only skipped the hops to keep up the weight. The burn during the lunge circuit is insane, it gets me every time no matter how light I may be going! It may be my favorite lower body ever! Great for cardio too!

    I love this one! I did it before getting pregnant, while pregnant, and now postpartum! Today was the first time I was able to toggle between 15lbs and 20lbs! I am so proud of myself! Thank you for always pushing me to "do my best and forget the rest" no matter what season of life I am in!

    i’ve done this workout 3 times since you’ve put it out and it’s always SO GOOD! I tend to lean toward your full body/HIIT workouts but i’m always so surprised how effective a split workout can be!! Thanks for the leg burn and sweat session!!

    This was so great Lindsey! My first time in a while doing this. I'm now 6 months postpartum and thought it might be easier. LOL, no! It got my heart pumping and I was sweating!     Your workouts are the only prenatal workouts around that actually do something for me, especially as my doctor considers safe using only light weights so I'm stuck with my 2kg dumbbells.     Started the Beginner Strength Challenge today and this is the first workout. Ihave turned to a ball of mush during this pandemic and thought I would give this a try. WOW this was tough.     This was a fantastic strength/cardio workout! My hips started to go out of place with my strength training before I knew I was pregnant. You workouts are exactly like the ones I've been doing for year and a half. The best thing is that my hips have stabilized with your adjusted placement for the baby. Thank you!

    37 weeks and just did this one. I had to modify a few moves or just do the base move. Some breaks because I haven't done lower body strength in over a month. Love these workouts and I so appreciate the list of moves in the description because it helps motivate me or I can find a sub quicker.

    Just finished this one! Feeling so good :) First time doing it and currently 33 weeks pregnant! Super nice challenge, just took longer breaks in between circuits, and also skipped the sumo squat jumps at the end for regular sumo squats with 10 pound weight. For me it was also a great cardio challenge, probably because its particularly hot and humid in my home right now. Thank you!

    Wow! I hadn't done this particular video in awhile, and I can't believe how much I've improved after doing your workouts five times a week over the past few months. Don't get me wrong, the last 30 minutes absolutely murdered my legs, but I was using much heavier weights and challenging myself more. The most surprising part was that I was SO much more flexible that in the cool down than the last time I did that sequence. I'll be riding this high all day... thank you!

    I absolutely love working out with you! This gave me the total shakey leg, how am I going to stand up out of this sumo squat feeling.     In 2nd trimester & I did not use weights yesterday yet I had to stop halfway through...LOL GLUTES, HAMSTRINGS, QUADS ALL SORE TODAY LOL but I'm glad because I needed something to challenge me after being out of the gym so long (1st tri was rough). It's also fascinating seeing what my body is able to do since I didn't even know I was strong enough to do these exercises ! Thank you :)

But I have been doing that workout for a little over a month and needed a good lower leg burnout especially since my OB said no more bike riding to work(I'm an essential worker).     Just did this today. Was meant to be rest day but I needed Monday to be my rest day.
    Loved this. Struggled a lot. My food-baby belly is about the same size as your belly in this video, hahaha.
    I felt rubbish this morning but this workout, plus a 12 minute hip&core yoga session really got me motivated and happy again.
    Looking forward to tomorrow's lower body work. This is my year for trying my hardest and being my best self!
