    I love this video because it lasts 45 minutes and it’s very complete. You don’t need to stop or to look for another video to fulfill a good amount of time working out Pls make more free long videos like this one. 🙃

    Thank you so much for your all vidios. I really love training with you. But i have a question. how many kilos of dumbbells can I lift during this or similar training. I`m 17 weeks and felling very great. My doctor give me the green light for exercise. I was active, before pregnancy.

    Thank you for these workouts! They have just the right amount of challenge and they make me feel so rejuvenated the rest of the day! This one was awesome because it was a little longer, but I didn't feel completely spent when it was over. Whew!
