I work with high school students who have behavioural or emotional, educational needs. My work takes place e in the gym, I put them through this workout yesterday. It was painful for them, but with my encouragement, they completed it. I did it with them to prove a 58 year old can do it and as young men of 14/15 they have no excuse. Great workout
Outside of pull-ups, I used to look down on bodyweight movements. And sure, if you’re trying to look like Arnold, body weight isn’t going to get you there. But if your priority is overall fitness, bodyweight training is excellent.
I actually started with calisthenics then went to the weights but now back on the calisthenics full time and haven't been in a gym for years. I love the convenience and ability to adjust the intensity.
Even though my military experience was 48 years ago, I believe the experience changes us all. I like this guy thinks, and, what he says. Now let’s get our asses to work.
Move your ass and train! If you don't have the will to do it on your own right now, how will you maintain your shape after these 3 months? Without the coach, you'll be back to square one.
You don't have to be a millionaire to spend time with him , a simple honey trap would work 1 if he is into man you got it 2 if he is not women than you should pay a visit to Thailand 3 if he has a son/daughter follow the above steps for them 4 avoid any contacts with his wife sister or mother Pro tip: visit the same bar/shop/gym/park/restaurant he frequently visits

Just done this one absolute killer The pain just ramps and ramps to the last one Brilliant! I’m 55 and couldn’t quite hit the rep numbers on everything but went to failure for 30 secs on every set
I’ve been training hard all my life these mental ( I’ll hurt you ) workouts get done once then they get forgotten cos they damage you . I’m 63 and I’d follow this gezzer anywhere
CIRCUS 101 . I have been looking to sub "Murphy" hero training with something MORE SUCKY !!! Being comfy in being Uncomfy. Much obliged & thanks for sharing this.
I'm an amateur distance runner and I'm trying these drills to improve my endurance and muscles. I meant to say, it's not an easy thing to do. Really tough and demanding.
I'm in the same boat. Running endurance is great, training for my first half marathon. I've been thinking about joining the Air Force. I meet the basic fitness requirements to join (min 5.9 on the beep test and 10 pushups for women), but I am completely humbled at how much I need to work on my upper body strength and endurance.
atm have 200 pounds of PTSD, 100 pounds of iffy suicidality, add 100 pounds of anxiety from recent events, years of trauma, not gonna do anything, am stable, also getting help from doctors, however have trauma need to start simple go body weight use body get mind working, this is wonderful
4 min Frog hops (10 reps or 30 sec) 2 min rest 4 min Split Jumps (10 reps or 30 sec) 2 min rest 4 min Burpees (10 reps or 30 sec) 2 min rest 4 min Pushups (10 reps or 30 sec) 2 min rest 4 min Squats (10 reps or 30 sec, 30 sec rest squat Holds) Is this correct? or i misunderstood? thank you!
Your gonna do (10 reps or 30 sec of the exercise, and rest for 30 sec ) your gonna do this for 4 min. So you might do this a couple of times, after you finish 4 min, rest for 2 min and proceed to the next exercise. An app I would recommend is exercise timer because this is an interval type workout.
I am 60, in gym daily but I don’t know about my joints after this one Lol Think I will start at 1 min each exercise Go up by 30 sec per exercise per week Get to the 4 min per exercise in 30 days No need to do it first time
Saved it and thanks for sharing Bobby. By the way as a veteran US Marine and STA(Scout Sniper) platoon member I’d like to remind you that us Marine Grunts are better than your tier one Rangers. The Marine Grunts were winning the ranger honor man so often that your army just decided to stop letting the marines participate in ranger school. Oh well thanks again for sharing and keep up your good work.
Thats Great!!! But I got 26 minutes:)) If there are 4 work periods of 30 seconds in each set, 3 rest periods of 30 seconds and the last rest of 120 seconds, I got 26 minutes. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

What is bro training them for😭
Teaching young people resilience, grit and self belief. They're doing something potential Seals have to do. Great for their moral@Operator_gloomy

No one cares you look down on bodyweight exercises

Yeah sure 😂
You don't have to be a millionaire to spend time with him , a simple honey trap would work

3 if he has a son/daughter follow the above steps for them
4 avoid any contacts with his wife sister or mother
Pro tip: visit the same bar/shop/gym/park/restaurant he frequently visits
Word of advice. Avoid his TUF routine.

Good warm up before training like Delta Force 😘
Perfect workout
Respect ❤
Nice training nice carrière
Thank you man!
Thanks for a great workout, is this suitable for a 61 year old man? Or should I slow my pace on this workout?
I am 60, in gym daily but I don’t know about my joints after this one Lol
Think I will start at 1 min each exercise
Go up by 30 sec per exercise per week
Get to the 4 min per exercise in 30 days
No need to do it first time
Great routine. I’m adding pull-ups
Starts at 1:54
Great video
This is realy hard exercise, it's not to difficulte innovate something hard, but if someone can do this he have realy strong legs.
No back exercises ?! Nice workout
Roberto!
You've been to Belvoir? I grew up just down the road from there.
Get to the freakin point!
😂was just going to say the same
😂😂😂
If I do then I can’t flex and put my batman voice on.
It's less than 10 minutes in total. How fkn fried is your tiktok brain?
Exactly ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
That one's gonna kill me. Let's do it 😅
be careful lil logan
and tell me how it goes :)
How's ur progress??
How often should this circuit be done? I assume this will increase the heart rate and what is the recommended frequency?
20 times per session(jk), but on a real note everyday or 5 days a week once or twice a day
squats to squat holds was deadly.
Saved it and thanks for sharing Bobby. By the way as a veteran US Marine and STA(Scout Sniper) platoon member I’d like to remind you that us Marine Grunts are better than your tier one Rangers. How often do you do this workout guys , anyone ?
Bad ass workout
Don’t forget swimming in -20 degree water naked for ten minutes without gear yeah we seals had to do that 🕶️
Gonna die at half way of the workout😂
maximum fitness
What is the frequency per week?
More than three per week makes it useless I believe. Maybe add some strength training in your rest day (3x/week).
this is what is call "light exercise" in boxing 😉
Thats Great!!! But I got 26 minutes:)) If there are 4 work periods of 30 seconds in each set, 3 rest periods of 30 seconds and the last rest of 120 seconds, I got 26 minutes. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Drew Brees in the background 😂💪🏼
cool
Remember , compound lifts built his base.
How many times a week?
Once a month!😁
Why 28 minutes? If i do everything for 30 sec and rest 30 sec i get up to 40 min ( squat and hold squat is togehter) can you explain?
This guy’s cardio is as good as a marathoner
Easy stuff for me
Do it with weight badass
@@kingjohn3480exactly what I do. My warmup.
I'm starting tomorrow...
... always tomorow...❤
What people don't realize is that Delta was training in the background during the whole video.
Wonder why you’ve got weights and equipment in your gym??
I wanna try it!!
Easy stuff for me.
P90X was a pretty good routine that got results if you followed the program to the letter.
Next clip....how to write a best seller like a Navy Seal
And make a movie about it! 😂
Is TRT ok coach?
But with 30/30 seconds work ratio you are getting 2:30 minutes of rest, not just 2 minutes
What is the benefits of this workout sir?
OOOH RAHH!!!
If I was a billionaire,I would just take some rest
It’s 30 frog hops in 4 minutes?
Or in each 30 seconds it’s 30 frog hops? 60 frog hops per minute until reach four minutes?
اللهم صل وسلم على سيدنا محمد وعلى اله واصحبه اجمعين 🌹👍❤️😴
Taking advice about how to train like a SEAL from someone who was never a SEAL
❤
want to learn this Mr. Maximus, you're a wonderful coach
have type 1, blood sugar disease, need to gym
also have a ton of PTSD, however cardio
need to learn this
also have dream to learn muay thai
Absolutely no equipment… “you’re gonna need your timer” lol I’m just bustin chops
It's a solid workout. But focus is almost just on legs
have posted a bit on Facebook, do you think you could help put that program together, exercises
cardio muay thai, etc
Business ?
Is this how Navy Seals train
Yes
If i do these for 10 min a day These can burn my entire Fat 😅
have a knee injury from running
want to create my own quadrathlon
1. weight lifting
2. cycling, for knee injury
3. cardio muay thai boxing
4. muay thai bag training, or pain training
that's my dream work out, or the four disciplines think are most cool, and to train in a few different sets each week, or to lower blood sugar
2 x weight training
3 x cycling
2 x cardio muay thai, or technique
2 x muay thai bag, explosiveness
not sure how much pain training, atm 44
dream was to be marine sniper
everyone wants to SEALs
#thx, keep moving
الله سبحانه وتعالى جل جلاله وتقدس اسماؤه 💪❤️👍🌹😴
I know this workout…. It sucks and I hate Bobby. 😂😂😂😂
If you really want to train like a seal, why not watch the videos by seals training?
There are more Navy Seals on the internet than there are grains of sand on the beach.
This ia real
For the love of god 😂
Hada français
Deadpool lookalike
No objections that this is effective but its full body and needs too much recocery time...
I do.
Why, I already know how to lie.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Notice this is conditioning
X military here I respect what you've done but until I know what is under the ego talk and leadership chest beating Your no more than a private to me.
