Binged all of your videos and podcasts in summer of 2019 when i first started keto. Learned more about nutrition in those few months than I have in the rest of my life combined. I haven't been doing a keto diet for the past 6 months, and I have no plans to switch back, but I still watch everything you guys put out. Keep up the great work, and I hope you guys can hit 1 million subs before the end of 2021.
Thank you guys I love your positivity and over all family love. I am a single mother of 2 boys that keep me BUSY. Two years ago I tried by best to show myself some love. I was successful losing almost 60lbs on keto. 2 years later working from home the weight is creeping back up - 10lbs. I am trying to get back on track. Thank you for the encouragement. I can do this and hopefully make it a life time change this time 😃
I think we’ll be wearing masks till next year. I work at a hospital and we used to wear masks only with isolation patients (TB, MRSA, CDIF, etc....) and I think now we will wear masks with every patient going forward. Covid numbers are gonna have to significantly slow for them to lift the mask requirements. It sucks but there’s lots of things in life that suck and we just carry on, right. On a positive note.... Theo is so cute and smart! Good job guys. I always love your content and I’m still doing Keto after 3yrs of watching 🤗
What's extra sad is that the medical industry who under stand PPE and how viruses work SHOULD understand just because someone tests positive for a virus does NOT equate to a "case". This is the nonsense that's keeping the hysteria alive. It really needs to end.

I haven’t checked in for a long while, everybody looks great... the puppy seems a little nervous, lol! I know this channel is about food, but living my life with food as my main focus 24/7, and what’s going into my mouth every second I’d go crazy! I never would get anything else done! It would definitely have to be my job too!
My kid started off eating so clean and loved it. Flash forward to Kindergarten and she eats all the crap the other kids eat. It can’t be stopped 🤷🏻♀️😆

Love this channel, they have help so much with my Keto transition. It is so annoying though that 90% of the products you guys use or recommend we cant get in the UK. And to ship them from the US costs a bomb. I have got some through amazon but the import cost again is reflected in the price.

2022 until no quarentine. At 78, Keto convert for years and feeling 40, I see people in Hawaii everyday from all over the world, walking past my house on the way to the beach with no masks on at all. Masks have been mandated for a year but they don't care. If people do not do what is required , how will this be over soon? Have followed you for years. Good helpful recipes and info! Went to Walmart earlier today and picked up the chocolate, wasn't too bad. Had to go back tonight for dig food and they had cinnamon, so grabbed that. We will see.
I tried Magic Spoon and while it tasted okay, it cut up my digestive tract. I can't eat that much allulose and now they're putting it in so much stuff. Sad to see General Mills is too but also sort of expected it as it's a cheap filler to lower overall net carbs.

Ha ha Matt and Megha, I woke up and watched this video in bed then fell back asleep. Next thing I know I am at your house having breakfast cereal with you and the baby. There were a couple of other viewers there having breakfast also. We had won a contest and the prize was hanging out with you, laughing, taste testing, and eating breakfast with you. My dream was interrupted by the phone ringing. I laughed so hard when later I woke up again and was feeling around in the covers to find where I had dropped the phone when I nodded off and more breakfast cereal videos had come up in my feed which reminded me that I had already had breakfast at your house.
At our Walmart in Dickson, Tennessee, I found the chocolate Keto cereal, not the peanut butter one, but DID see and buy cinnamon Keto cereal, which is VERY reminiscent of "Cinnamon Toast Crunch". I eat it with "Silk" almond/coconut milk and I am very pleased! Both flavors are really good, and I am sure glad to have cereal!!
I loved the chocolate version of this cereal! I had it with some unsweetened vanilla almond milk and it tasted just like coco puffs! I cant wait to try the peanut butter and cinnamon version of this ♥️

Pro tip: Get the ladle spoons, like you see in Pho restaurants. They don’t conduct heat the way silverware does, and they do better holding the broth and the contents of the soup.
I bought the peanut butter flavor at our Walmart today and I'm eating it now. Looked on youtube to see if anyone had reviewed it and your video popped up. To me, it's reminiscent of Captain Crunch but with less flavor and only slightly sweet. I added a little Alulose to mine. The crunch though, is spot on. I actually like this cereal.
I'm with Matt. I think we'll be well into 2022. I'm going to keep my eyes peeled for that cereal (though lately I've been on a kick of eating the sour cream biscuits from your second cookbook with some bacon for breakfast. Yum!)
I had the Peanut butter with Chocolate blend for breakfast this morning. As expected, it was pretty close to Reese's Puffs. I used a 60/40 blend heavy cream with almond mix as it better approximates the thickness and taste of traditional whole milk while allowing me my first dose of fat for the day. The taste and texture was exceptional. Your 8/10 assessment is spot on. Thanks for the review!
Your son is beautiful! I was just admiring his hair. It’s strange how genetics work. Lol. My husband has hazel eyes and I have brown. I have a light skin tone and my husband is a little darker. I have attached ear lobes and my husband has detached. I have two boys, neither have the hazel eyes or attached lobes. One light skinned, the other much darker than both of us. Lol. He takes after my dads, Aztec heritage. 🤷♀️ It’s just luck I guess. I’m sure there’s a scientific method but eh.
I liked it a lot. You're right about the flavor, it is a very lightly flavored cereal. I usually mix both together. I was VERY surprised that it was a 1 cup serving. 👍

Catalina crunch is so good and a nice DF keto cereal, but it is so expensive. I still don't think I would go for the Walmart alternative and just find somehting else to eat. Thanks for sharing! Always helpful to see what options are out there. Sending love for the under 20g carb challenge!

May 2022 😷 A lot of people are still buying these disposable seat covers for airplane seats for movie theater seats etc. I say they take all the movie theaters and make them into drive-in theaters outdoor park every other space and to use the facilities you have to have a mask on, bring your own snacks and beverages.
I believe they make cinnamon keto cereal as well. I tried the chocolate so far and thought it was ok dry but what I have been having issues with is the taste of almond milk with it. I really miss my regular milk these last three months😞. I saw on another channel she puts just a splash of heavy whipping cream in her almond milk to make it smoother. Will have to try.

I wasn't impressed and then was even more disappointed when I paid closer attention at home than I did in store and saw it was a GM product. This made me giggle because the gym thing made me think back a couple years. We would go to the gym on post and there was a guy that would lift in the mirror and be so loud and obnoxious, moans and groans and at the same time looking to see what “ hot girl” was watching. We would laugh every time .
Attended a High School graduation and witnessed the first ever award...ever. This guy, kid, NEVER EVER missed a day of school-left for a doctor's appointment-or a funeral, NEVER MISSED SCHOOL. Never EVER missed any practice. PERFECT ATTENDANCE from kindergarten to Senior year and all the extra curricular activities. This was more than 15 years ago and I can't shake it. This guy totally exemplifies the 100% of life IS showing up. ~ I am such a looser. The entire auditorium deflated in defeat.
Hello Matt and Megha, I was excited when I found it at my local food market Giant, its better than I thought based off of other low carb cereal attempts but this has the flavor first bite but then it changes as you chew so weird to describe but it’s ok,a bit dry even with nut milk.
I recieved a sample of this cereal from a client of mine that works in general mills marketing and sales department about a year ago! You don't know how close i was to sending it to you! I mean I was trying to find out how. Then she said that she wasn't supposed to give it to me so not to tell anyone i had it..... six boxes that don't even have color. Just white boxes with wonder works on it. Thank you for this video! They agre coming out with a fruity one too....🤫🤫🤫
Oh my goodness I'm SO excited to have a keto cereal option at Wal-Mart! Even though it wasn't a home run, it's a nice option because we live in a small town and sometimes Wal-Mart is our only choice.

Our Walmart doesn't require them. I think they still have the signs up but not more corrals, one way in, one way out, etc.

Hello Matt and Megha, I was excited when I found it at my local food market Giant, its better than I thought based off of other low carb cereal attempts but this has the flavor first bite but then it changes as you chew so weird to describe but it’s ok,a bit dry even with nut milk.

I recieved a sample of this cereal from a client of mine that works in general mills marketing and sales department about a year ago! You don't know how close i was to sending it to you! I mean I was trying to find out how. Then she said that she wasn't supposed to give it to me so not to tell anyone i had it..... six boxes that don't even have color. Just white boxes with wonder works on it. Thank you for this video! They agre coming out with a fruity one too....🤫🤫🤫

Oh my goodness I'm SO excited to have a keto cereal option at Wal-Mart! Even though it wasn't a home run, it's a nice option because we live in a small town and sometimes Wal-Mart is our only choice.
