Rachel I am so happy for you 😭 !! It’s such a surreal moment seeing you in your mom era (as someone who’s been wacthing you since before you were TTC) 😭 you’re SO SO pregnant and you’re literally GLOWING 😭 you look amazing!
Totally relate to the realness not setting in until anatomy scan and movement. Also ivf pregnancy here. Finally feeling regular, obvious movement at 23 weeks. So amazing!
Since my first pregnancy 10 years ago, seltzer water was really all that I drank! The carbonation always felt good on my stomach. Im now in my third pregnancy, and it’s still my drink of choice. My kids love it too now haha.
I also said that the frequent night wakes to pee were preparing me to wake up in the middle of the night with baby. Boy was I wrong. The huge difference is when the baby wakes up, you're up for at least 40 minutes feeding and changing them, and that's multiple times a night for a couple months.
I wanted to love Ritual so much but just couldn’t keep in down when I was pregnant. The smell of it got to me and I remember feeling SO guilty I couldn’t give my baby the best prenatal vitamin out there. I ended up taking a cheap drugstore prenatal that had little taste + smell because that’s all I could get through. My son is almost a year old now and absolutely thriving, so this is more of a loving note than anything to the other mamas who are experiencing constant sickness in pregnancy- you’re doing great and your baby is in the best hands 🫶🏼
This is me! I'm 24 weeks pregnant and tried ritual but it was so gross to me. It also gave me reflux and wanted to come back up right away. Gummies are much better for me
Stretching and cramps are the worst, especially during pregnancy. Besides magnesium (glad it helps), you can immediately get your toes more in line with your legs (the angle from 90 degrees, to 45 degrees or how far you can come, to your belly. My obstetrician says that during my labour. It helped immediately. Hopefully for you too. Good luck the last trimester, you're almost there.💕
@@RachelVinn that’s super weird, on my third baby and my OB literally says most are completely fine. But don’t worry after watching one video of yours I’m def “out of here” 🤣 get over yourself lol
Same but I still keep my feet covered tho I’m just one of those people that are just traumatized by scary movies and need my feet covered lol 😂 the rest of me is uncovered I’m so hot 🥵
Rachel I'm 6dpt and I got my POSITIVE!!!! OMG!!! I'm right behind ya, HOLY MOLY!! 💜🌌🌌🙏👶🌌🙏👶🌌👶💜🌌🌌

Hi Rachel and AJ, happy pregnancy journey, please stay safe during the bad weather you're having.

Feeling the baby move and kick is the best feeling ever! ❤ I miss that!
Pregnancy is just the best!!!
@@KWilliams22 It is!!!!
Girl you’re too funny that you don’t want to burp in front of your husband. He’s literally going to watch you give birth. 😂
Hope you have a happy weekend, Rachel!❤
the bathroom portion was very relatable during my 3rd trimester lol. quick access to a toilet played a huge part in my decision to go somewhere 😅😂
My second trimester starts tomorrow so this is super timely for me ❤️
Love when you upload it’s my fav!!! I’m 11 weeks 2 days and I’m just kind of struggling with tough anxiety and not sleeping 😢😢😢
Congrats!! Sorry about your sleep, I’m with ya!
Happy Friday, Rachel! 😊

Happy fun Friday Rachel 😅🎉🎉😂❤

How much did you gain in the first trimester? Is your appetite really high?
I also take ritual . I take the prenatal and choline, along with synbiotic such a came changer taking them 3❤❤❤ -
All from ritual ❤ and love them!!
They’re the best!!
Squatty potty UNITE
I use my couch cushion too lol 🤣🤣
Fun fact! Sparkling water could be dehydrating and could cause uti’s if too much is consumed!

That’s lucky that the “only prenatal your OB trusts and recommends” is also who sponsored your video 😅 🙄 😂 maybe he’s sponsored too? 🤔
Nope. Go see Dr. Scott roseff and ask him which prenatal he trusts. Get out of here!!
