My senior year I came out to my family and schoolmates, and it's been a crazy ride. I'm really lucky to have loving and accepting people in my life

This video really makes me think, I’m quite young and am currently growing facial hair for the first time and dealing with all the annoyingness of growing up as a cisgender man. I’ve viewed it as a incredible annoyance but watching a guy have to go throw all these things from surgery after surgery, just to be who he really is really make me think about how lucky I am and how much me and many of my cisgendered peers take for granted.

Your chest looks amazing Sam, no one is perfect so we have to live with quirks, if you were on the beach & took your shirt off, no one would every think you are ftm. The surgeon did the 2nd revision far better than the 1st but we all have bits that we consider wrong or strange. That male chest is fabulous🙏🙏🙏
I think nipple censoring is so stupid. As a ciswoman, why tf do guys get to show their nipples when I have the exact same thing?! And I find it funny how as soon as someone has top surgery either ftm or mtf, it's the same THE SAME nipple, yet just a little bit of fat makes it have to be censored 😂 Super awesome that you were willing to put this online. It will give people going through the same struggles confidence and a bit of light at the end of the tunnel you know (:

Wow, how ignorant I’ve been! I always thought top surgery would be fairly simple; just remove the fat and the tissue and voila! - oh how wrong I was 🤦🏼♀️ You look absolutely marvellous!!👏
There are different types of top surgery. If people have large breasts, then they have to remove the fat and tissue. Unfortunately you're left with large scars. The surgery he had was likely keyhole surgery for smaller chested people.

As a trans man who just started the journey of transitioning I have to say thank you! It for sure will take a while for me to get to the surgerys and everything.... But for me it helps a lot to calm my mind about that, it's somewhat exciting to the the process of someone else... So much thank you and love to you for this video especially ❤️ it gives me a lot of hope for the future~

I cannot wait until I get to start hormones. Minimum of six months until I can do it without parents permission. And then top surgery. It seems so close yet so far for me. Watching this made me more excited.

You look great, man. You should be proud. I hit my 4 years on T in November (later this year) and I’ve also been very grateful to see changes on my body. Just had stage 3 phalloplasty earlier this month and still recovering from that. Thanks for sharing your journey with us all.

That's so incredible bro! I got top surgery a week ago and i just had my drains and this therapy unit they had strapped to my chest taken off today and even though my chest is still covered in mounds of gauze and pads to keep my stuff in place with the post op binder i couldn't be more excited for the final results! I got double incision and having the drains taken out i could look down at my chest and the entirety of my chest is one long slice which is pretty gnarly and it looked pretty gross but there's no bruising or swelling whatsoever which i was very happy and relieved about.
I had my surgery in La Jolla in San Diego same as your revision and it was with Dr. Christopher Reid and he is very very good and so chill and kind. I congratulate you on your outstanding transition and i can't wait to be as happy and free as you one day, after recovery of course😁

I needed this. My surgeon just stopped taking people due to Corona, so ill probably need to spend another few minutes finding a surgeon and who knows how long waiting on a list. So I've been binging others getting surgery to makes myself feel better.
