The scars from the skin grafts are gnarly!! I hope you only move forward with the confirmation surgery if you're 1000% sure. You seem perfect just the way you are right now. So many MTF and FTM have depression and disappointment after the bottom surgery because it's not everything they dreamed or worse it results in complications and further surgeries, down time and loss of income. I won't keep bombarding your comments with my opinion on the matter. And my heart breaks for you and the challenges and difficult decisions you have to make. I believe you can live a happy healthy and fulfilling life and enjoy intimacy with a partner without having to take such a major risk. I hope it's not weird to say that I'll pray for you, but I do hope you won't be so negatively overcome with dysphoria that you cannot be happy with the perfect transition you already seem to have!!!

Following on from your first answer about the mental aspect of sex, would viagra help as it would a cis guy? I’m a lead advisor for a Disabled Peoples Organisation. I do have a male to female friend who I can ask anything, but I personally don't know any female to male transgender people. Because of the restrictions of my own disability I’m not increasing my circle of friends and young people on TH-cam have taught me loads. Thank you for this video.

Definitions of a couple terms you are using frequently would be helpful. 1) Bottom surgery 2) Cis-man 3) Dysphoria - are you told before surgery that you are likely to experience dysphoria (opposite of Euphoria)?
