This man has all world class idea and Surelly when he said life with no regrets I became big fun of it. Regrets won't let u help fix ur problems but moving on with it heals all the problems about the past . What ever happen happened and chase life as its .

Jay, if you ever see this. I've been in a debbie downing rut for a while just starting to resurface and this video popped into my recommendations today and was the best thing I've watched in a while. Exactly when I needed it most. Thank you. Appreciation for what you do and put out. Anyone else out there in the same situation keep fighting and as Jay mentioned in the video, sometimes you have to take it slowly a day at a time. Don't be too hard on yourself. Love and kindness, namaste.

I wouldnt regret neither because i lost nothing in the process, but gained knowledge that i invested wrongly or had an oppurtunity to make money. Money will come if i work hard i lost nothing in this process. You have given me the tool of seeing things as a blessing rather than a curse.

I'm going to be 25 in October and my life is already full of regrets of things I didn't do... Fast forwarding to 70/80 years.. that's scary... I hope I'll learn to stop feeling regret like you have before that age in sha Allah..

*Taking* *control* *of* *your* *life* *is* *the* *KEY* *to* *happiness* *and* *success*
. We all start somewhere, whether that be at the bottom or with a little help.
Ultimately your potential is determined by your habits, which will *DEFINE* Who
you are and what mark you leave on earth.

As for your regrets theory, you are absolutely spot on since when in our seventies, we will feel laden with regrets only in our life instead of gratitude. your teachings as to how to ensure we don't live with regrets are commendable and pragmatic.

Awareness and Forgiveness is the first step to overcome regret and look for the lesson in it for you. Then understand how it can be done differently and do it again the different way.

    Stumbling on happiness.
Short term regret of doing something lasts for 2 weeks but regret of not doing something lasts for longer. So, do what you want to do.
Blaming self when we do some mistakes or around 'what ifs' during inaction. Thought: what/how could have it been better is the cause.
*It's process of making sense of something.
    *Write down the lesson.
*What I would regret in my old age that I didn't do? Write down/plan now.
During tough situation/making decision: which option/decision would you regret in the long term?
Change how you deal with it (emotionally/mentally) even if you can't change what has happened. Change your choice accordingly.
    5. Self development
    4. Parenting
    3. Career
    2. Romance
    1. Education
Continuous consistent action is the only solution to remove regret.
How it could have been any worth?
    What could have gone wrong?
    What can I do now?
While making decisions, which one would I regret in the long term?
Regret is useful to gain insight, to make sense, to change future negative behaviour.

Hyyyy I did had a lot of regrets...but I have overcame all those while I was surviving from depression.....I believe that v don't need to regret coz the things u r regretting were the things u wanted at that point of time....make sure u don't repeat that's all.... make those regrets ur own lessons that u could not repeat.....

I regret going out and giving a chance to a guy who did not care, and all he really showed was being inconsistent. I can’t take back what happened, but the lesson is to be more discerning in the future. Asking better questions of future guys. Continue improving myself and not worry about a guy. As a widow, who lost a lot of things recently, I can continue learning and being a better me.

What if you regreat not doing something that you only regreat because you already know what the outcome would be, but at the same time know that you would also reagreat it if you did that something but the outcome was diffrent. This is the moment i get flustrated. The other things you regreat are all these things that you forgot to do or make a tiny mistake you know you could avoid making but it is already too late. The point is things that i regreat are the things that i only regreat because of sth i didnt know back when i was making a mistake or things i did because i for example didnt expect sth/ was unfoused enough at the time. I also regreat that i didnt do sth but then when i am in a similar situation again i may not be even capable of actually doing the thing i would later regreat. Regardless, i still love this video and the things you talk about here, you truly inspire people and propably make their lives better (even if things you talk about here work like 5% of the time)

REGRET - When you look at regret it is looking at life with hindsight. How do you know something is important to do right now. You can only have regret when you set a goal now and not achieve it in the future. So do not use the word regret loosely, other wise that will make you feel like a failure. So step 1 is set your goals first. Write them down and constantly focus on them. You really only can have four or five major goals. Then pursue them.
