    TRANSCRIPT
If you want to level up and stand out in your career and in business, and you haven't created a personal branding statement yet, then you need to stop what you're doing right now and start by asking yourself, what's my superpower?
Not your mom's superpower, not your team's superpower, but what is it that you do better than anyone else? And how is that superpower going to add value to organizations everywhere, no matter their makeup or size?
If you get stuck during the brainstorming process, consider asking a friend, trusted colleague, or significant other for help. The important part here is not to censor yourself and keep evaluating until you land on a unique identifier that really fits you.
You have about 20 to 60 seconds to convince them that your superpowers are real before they've moved on to the next thought, competing for time in their brains. So short and sweet is best here.
Think Nike, Apple, or Google. If you want to build loyal, diehard tribes like those brands, then step two is to ensure that your branding statement is memorable, attention-grabbing, and compelling.
Once you've created a personal branding statement and aligned it with your superpowers, your next step is to add it to everything. And yes, I do mean your resume, portfolios, websites, social media pages, mouse pads, face masks. Okay, you get the idea.
