You should say "This is the first time i've seen a video like this" or "I've never seen a video like this before" When it's your first time or a repetitive action we use the present perfect tense. Ex: I've just lost my phone, this is the second time this has happened to me. Don't say. This is the second time this happens to me. Try to make more examples with it brother. These phrases are hands down really useful. In Lingo , There are sentences like "I wash the dog and the cats are laughing", "The cats are dancing tango".Like really?! But the sentences here are sentences that we are saying frequently.
