I've started making my own bread at home, specifically sourdough. It's amazing what you can do to make just bread taste better. I just made Asiago cheese sourdough. I threw some chicken, 2 eggs and some veggies on it.
My estrogen is in the 130s and I haven't had anything negative thus far and I also use dbol. I think a clean diet helps. Cinnamon toast crunch is the worst thing in my diet

Cardioprotective effects of estrogen cant be ignored. I wondered if the non aromatizing orals are extra harsh on lipids due to nkt converting to estrogen or blocking it even tbol has some AI like effects despite it being weak at it .

No fibre isn't counted as carb total he's In the UK our macros are counted differently fibre is separate

I use it to as a nutritionist. Also i only track net carbohydrates for calorie intake. I aim for 20 to 25 g of fibre per 1000 calories
