    49:00 I thought i was the only one who dealt with clients like that. Tell them to eat a cheat meal and things go haywire..

    • @corneliusparkin2401
      @corneliusparkin2401 20 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      lol no that’s totally normal. There are those that do well with cheats and those that do not. In my experience there are more clients that do better without any cheat meals. Generally those that love the cheat meals are also those that chronically under eat. We all know the true way to know if you’re a big eater or not. 6-10oz cooked lean meat with 2 cups of cooked rice some vegetables. Do this every 3 hours. If you can maintain that level of processing and digesting. Then you’re going to be one huge mofo. The funny thing is some folks will say “oh i would get fat”. To that I say “have you actually done this!” In most cases the answer is no. Because in actual calories if you eat that six times per day you will be close to 4000 calories. That combined with true training. Aka stimulating tissue to grow. Then you stretch the body every day keeping the hips completely open. You will not get fat. You will become extremely muscular. But as all coaches know. The limiting factor is always training. We can’t do that for them. Without the true training then you will never be a great BBer. You may manage to add muscle to your body but it will never look as good as it could.

For example, i get up at 4am, eat and hydrate, start my workout around 5:45 and need to get out at 7:15. Should I be doing an extensive warmup and hitting my heavy compounds first, or maybe doing things like flies, pulldowns etc first before i get into presses and rows?

    Upping gh imo yields better results than upping gear. Granted igf production really only needs like 8-10 iu a day. Or when someone goes on a bottle of zeros time like chase iron did an 18iu bolts shot of zeros Tim and that would really mutate ppl.

  • @dansmith9724
    @dansmith9724 20 วันที่ผ่านมา +4

    You tend to see alot of guys on utube say they are only taking moderate doses and when pushed to give a dosage, they usually say only 1500 to 2000mg. I know guys take more, but 1500 to 2000mg isn't insignificant. If it's true, Yates said he took 1500mg a week at the peak of his cycle, thats 30yrs ago, and there isnt many guys even today that are bigger than yates.
    Times have changed, but the old anabolic reference guide that came out in the very early 1990s mentioned going past a gram was dangerous and over the top. What would that over the top dose be today??

    • @useraiaj234mp
      @useraiaj234mp 20 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      a lot of this milligram talk lately has been absolutely skewed by the primo resurgence. before primos popularity, 1500mg would mean like 750 test 750 tren, now its like 750 test 750 primo which is different. 3 grams was like two 19nors stacked with test and anadrol, now its like mast primo test and var. I dont think the milligram discussion was ever really meaningful , its too simplistic , i dont think the body knows numbers

    • @dansmith9724
      @dansmith9724 20 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @useraiaj234mp true. Everyone is saying primobolan is safe but then inject 1000mg plus per week on top of everything else.
      Probably get more out of 300mg of deca than 1000mg of primobolan and just as safe.
      There's alot of trends going on that are pushed by certain influences that aren't always accurate as well.

    Question: Skip does not like creatine,, as he said in one of the older episodes of BSG. Is this because he is on gear? For us natural guys, creatine is one of the few options.

    • @TEAMSKIP
      @TEAMSKIP 14 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Correct. I'm not "against it" as much as I feel it becomes pretty insignificant for someone who is a veteran of AAS and GH. If I were natural, I damn sure would be taking it. In fact, I recently started using it again just to see if I might notice something after not taking it for so many years. When I say "recent," I mean I started it quite literally just yesterday. lol

    • @therealreport2778
      @therealreport2778 14 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@TEAMSKIP Thank you for answering, Skip! Creatine might have an effect on guys on gear, it does do something with water in the muscles. Scott also mentioned the positive effects of creatine on brain health, I have also heard a positive impact on gut health.
      I have given creatine to my mother for the past couple of months. I also give her Lion’s Mane. The latter is a mushroom that has documented effects on nerves in the brain, it supports memory, etc.
      Beta-alanine is also something I wanted to ask about. It does give me strength gains, and I think it could also help someone on gear?

    • @TEAMSKIP
      @TEAMSKIP 14 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@therealreport2778 I’m aware of all of those effects; I just think they are minimal and insignificant. I don’t use beta-alanine because I have nerve damage from shingles. It hurts like hell.
      I haven’t used a preworkout in almost 20 years because I think they are useless. I don’t like injectable carnitine because I think the impact is negligible. It’s just different experiences based on my experience and those of my clients for 20+ years.

Or should I go like 1 exercise per musclegroup and do 2-3 sets per workout? Right now I'm in the gym eod and doing a hard "modified fasting" (eod 500kcal intake, eod about 3000kcal intake. ) Full body on the high kcal days and mostly cause I've been having a rough time on my old splits, trying something "new." For me, gear, like anything, has a point of diminishing returns. It gets to a point where it’s not good for you, there’s not enough, if any at that point, return on investment. I’d also argue that if you need multiple grams of gear, maybe bodybuilding isn’t for them?
