    I’m recovering from a shoulder tendonitis and find these rolling exercises very pain relieving. I use yoga tune-up therapy balls for this almost daily and even at work. The rolling makes my shoulder relax in minutes. I had the same problems with my other shoulder 3 years ago and discovered after the worse inflammation pain diminished that rolling speeded the healing process. Happy rolling everyone!!

    Thank you so much! I wasn't able to lift my arm for two months and tried so many other videos and nothing worked. After doing this for only 5 days, I am completely pain free now! I would recommend lying on a tennis ball and roll around to find and attack those tight spots, which is easy and comfortable to do, yet very aggressive.

    Thank you so much for explaining the body anatomy that causes this pain I've had for years. I am unable to keep paying to go to my chiropractor and I appreciate you teaching me what I can do to help myself. I've had a lot of surgery over the years removing blocked parts of intestine. This means I'm opened up from must under my breasts down to my pubic bone totally stuffing up my ability to build adominal muscles. The pain I'm in has me leaning over my stomach and I have rounded shoulders. This makes me get many knots on my back but essentially around my shoulder area. I'm only 45 but I'm riddled with arthritis as well. Thank you again for giving me stretches to help in this area. 😊

    Thanks for this video ! I’ve been having this strange shoulder pain somewhere in the front and side of my shoulder for a month but can’t pinpoint exactly where the pain is and have been going nuts poking all over trying to find out what’s causing it .. when I put the ball in that area that’s the exact pain that I feel and it actually creates the pain in the front of the shoulder but after a few mins of using the ball the pain goes away .. does this muscle have any effect of the arm going straight out to the side ?

    2017? close enough to 2022.
    Doing these now, the 'referred pain to the front of the shoulder' is the exact kind of pain I get from my shoulder injury.
    It usually displays from Over handed throwing, feeding residents, and trying to hold my body weight up from behind, e.g pushing myself off the ground

    • @eelenalove
      @eelenalove 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      None of the actual exercises are very straining, seeing as there is no resistance. And for the massages and stretches, the more the better, as long as you don't push too hard on the stretches, like he says, so that you risk pulling something. The more consistently you perform them, the quicker your results will be.
