I never new he was such a great player
Rubinstein! He beat the best of the best
All the top players in chess! He's my New top player in chess. Akiba Rubinstein... Thanks Mato your my best instructor ever... i don't waist my time on other instructors... or watch there videos... God bless be blessed
No good moves available...that always seems to be the theme when playing against Akiba.
Thank you Mato, and stay safe
Thank you again Mato for the video!! Those are annoying positions at the end of games that beginners need to see and work through.
Fantastic game and cool lecture (like always)!
The Knight was a Dragon, also known as Monster Knight
*monsta
Your chess lecture are great and you have very good voice Mato. Keep up the good work :)
Thank you
Incredible game. Thnq Mato.
Spielmann was exceptional in open games. According to one account by Nimzowitsch, despite being dedicated to chess and industrious too, Spielmann's tournament success was sparse because he stubbornly despised and baulked at defence and passivity (attack is the best form of defense was his credo). Playing through Spielmann's games will make it apparent that he took daring risks which frequently boomeranged. He was known as the last knight of the King's gambit.
Thank you for you comment Sachin
Really nice and interesting, expecially the analysis after Spielmann resigned ... Very clear and amazing, black has no hope despite at a first sight of a simple amateur like me, it seems should be still playable!
Nothing excites jaded Grandmasters more than a theoretical novelty.
Chess Mastery I love your comments
@@christophergolfer Thanks! :)
Damn! That lost would have sent a man on exile to find himself allover again.
Beautiful!
beautiful job Mato
Thank you
Excelent i eat my lunch wachting this video...then my lunch cooled...
I love montser knights in the game.
This proves pieces have dynamic value relative to their positions in the game. And static value that gives knight 3 points and rook 5 points is not perfect.
Nice !
that knight was dominant.
Winning position... Suuuure. Just like my winning positions. Well, not as badly - Spielmann actually made good moves. Not castling and bishop to f5 were weird, though.
Mega-Monster Knight...
7:52 😂😂😂
I guess it's still April.
I think my head hurt
a knight become an master ogway!!!😂
Mice game
Just finished watching the video, I still think black is winning.............
That's what the video is about - that black was winning.
@@dannygjk you completely missed my attempt at humor. Is winning and was winning are two completely different things. Black lost and I still said he is winning. What's your point?
@@fan1008 When it comes to some things chess for example my mind is not in humor mode. It's in science mode so jokes will fly over my head.
@@dannygjk Mato is my favorite because he is able to mix both.
