Tana Umaga vs South Africa the best in my opinion. Historic because it was the first Kapa O Pango, and the intensity was unreal. Shivers watching it every time.
Never forget the debut of Kapa O´Pango in ´05; completely took everyone by surprise, and served as the prelude to a truly cracking test against the ´Boks. Still get chills.

The 2019 was definitely the best I've witnessed even more so when I watched that game at the stadium in Yokohama. 2005 against the Springboks was also another memorable haka. The All Blacks and Springboks rivalry is one of the best in sport, period!
For a moment as a kid in 2005 I'd thought that Tana Umaga was possessed by the Maori spirits when he led the Haka (Even though he wasn't a Maori himself). Piri Weepu and TJ Perenara's are my 2nd and 3rd favorite hakas respectively.

Fun fact: that was the first time the All-Blacks did the "alternate version" of the haka, the version that they use only in the most important games or in world cup knockouts. The fear honestly probably was mixed with a bit of confusion as the players had never seen it before.
