technically it shouldn't be - the law clearly states its in-goal-touch, this kick occurred just in touch, therefore a lineout should be given either whether the ball crossed the line of field or where the ball was kicked by SA, whichever came first
Brian O'Driscoll's pass to himself I think should have been included too! Had a teammate on his shoulder and he faked a pass to the teammate, instead actually threw it over the teammates head, ran behind him and regathered the ball himself.
This is not permitted...if the defender tackles, he will be penalized for tackling a non ball carrier player. Same for jumping over a defender or over a ruck... No fair way for the defender to do its job. When BOD did this, even at his epoch, it should have been whistled...
1:08 Not the only time that Ioane bombed a try for the All Blacks. 5:09 This game was played in Hong Kong. I was on a Qantas night flight from Auckland to LA and in the morning, before breakfast, the Captain came on the intercom and announced that the Wallabies had beaten the All Blacks. A New Zealand passenger was heard to mutter that if the All Blacks had won we would never have heard about it.
I know it's rugby 7s, but that Fijian player who passed the ball in goal to his teammate to score, except he passed it forward. The ref was clearly trying not to laugh
i'm not sure what that other answer was about - the issue was that the defending team deflected the conversion attempt into the goal before the ball hit the ground/passed the try line to go dead. the ball clearly wasn't going over until the defender celebrated early by punting the ball and inadvertently put it over the bar. the fact it's a Gala v Hawick game makes this funnier as they are fierce rivals! the fact someone recorded this whole incident at pitch level, including the referee's explanation and coach's acceptance is amazing. the young Gala player pimping his celebration to the camera (after an awful attempt at goal!) is just perfection!!
6:27 Isn't this play considered like a forward self pass? I'm pretty sure you can't play the ball forward to yourself from the hands, he'd have to have kicked it right?
6:47 Can someone explain how Etzebeth is able to do that? Is it because the red 9 is not attached to the ruck, or is it because he takes the ball in his hands?
Lionel Beauxis Fail Kick vs Bath absolutely should be here under low IQ. Attempts to volley kick a pass, misses, concedes try. If you make another like this, include it for sure.
ANOTHER NZ try off a forward pass! (0:47)... It goes 45 degrees forward, but the ref is 12m behind play. This is why the TMO must be able to check and intervene.
The last rule is dumb. If a player is in touch with any part of his body and touches the ball, whether it has reached the plane of the touchline or not, it should be out! The game is too much like rugby league as it is.
No because they've been out onside by the opposing player passing the ball. 10.4c doesn't matter in this case as the player has been put onside by a different condition. Try stands.
At 10:10 the ball is played quickly after hitting the ads panels...should not have been permited If I may suggest, Contepomi drop at end of match while he thought having 2 points gap was funny. He reacts as if he won the match :) When he realize the gap was -6, he realize its concussion 10 minutes earlier had an effect :). th-cam.com/video/Y3CJEkL0x40/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=ddtblog1
STOP using machines to translate your titles !!! "Jouées de Rugby de Niveau" means absolutely NOTHING in French. Crazy how the last play is actually part of the rulebook haha

I think in that same clip he kicks the ball into the defender so it bounces out ensuring that his team gets the lineout.

His coach : "The burning you feel ? *It is shame* "
40!? That's a bit generous 😂
Average monkey has about 60-70
30 was generous too, more like 3
Ok, those headers were actually really cool.

i will never tire of seeing that Hawick own goal!

Ferris running up the pitch carrying Genia should be in this.
What is it called if I kick the ball for touch but a player holds it and it's still in play?
It means you need to work on your kicking.
I know it's rugby 7s, but that Fijian player who passed the ball in goal to his teammate to score, except he passed it forward. The ref was clearly trying not to laugh
What's the issue at the beginning? It's counted as "own goal"?!

@@Bolognabeef the rule book mentions nothing about intentional headers, so as far as I know it it legal.

Because Marler was not bound to the ruck the ball was deemed to be out

@@yBennn_PSN Need to be bound at the shoulder, not just holding player in front. So when that seperation happened Etzebeth had rights to the ball.
