I’ve never heard of coastal grandmother before and tonight it’s suddenly been in my TH-cam feed twice! Looks like you fit right in with the theme. Neutrals like you’ve shown look great, but I love colourful things. I must try to make that bucket hat for summer.

I like some of the styling of this trend although the color palette is way too tame for me😂. You did a great job on styling the looks!!! And you look cute in a bucket hat!
I’ve just made 3 pairs of cropped pants in the last week. The first one is a white linen/cotton from Jo Anns, the second is a lightweight blue cotton with a little fine white stripe which I’m wearing today, and the third is a lightweight rayon and polyester in a faux linen in an aqua shade. I don’t know if aqua is in the coastal grandmother palette but it probably should be because it looks so sea colored. I haven’t done the bucket hat yet, but it’s on my list. Thanks for this video!

Yes, I love more color too. I think it’s just a fun style trend, not a real lifestyle. The style is based on movie settings.
