On the contrary The tech shall be hiring more of Entry level people and cut most of middle level and senior level employees. If any body wants to know how ? Then I am willing to explain
This happens in normal scenario as sr ppl r expensive and works for the IT companies like WITCH. However for product companies getting seasoned talent is importnat. Now freshers can be replaced by GEn AI agents. So hiring for freshers or entry level roles will diminish over time.
