Everyone should be thinking about how to combine AI with their area of expertise. Use it every day, trying to build a talent with AI in combination with your profession. If your company doesn't let you use AI, considering leaving for one that does. The winners over the next decade will probably be people that have talent with AI. Not just those who know how to use it, but have experience using it well. Build skill with it. Be better than the next guy who either doesn't use AI, or only gets surface level results. Also keep in mind the new opportunities that will open up. If you have an area of expertise, what other areas could you specialize in if you are good with AI?
How come no one has told you guys that “Data Science”, the biggest bar on the hiring bar chart, is NOT AI/ML. In fact an ML engineer would be offended if you called him/her that!! Data Scientists are glorified Excel jockeys, with better tools. Most are not math majors and perhaps not CS either. ML/AI engineers are PhD (at a minimum) and won’t be caught dead working for a bank 😂. They mostly reside on the other coast!!
I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone's that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.
When I saw testimonies all over the place I thought it was all made up stories till I was convinced and gave it a try and honestly I don't regret the move i made because I invested in a big way

With the rise of AI you won't need off shoring, on shoring, down size, etc. Many will find themselves out of a job due to AI.

The fact your reffering to it as A.I "talent" speaks volumes
As someone who experiences this i can tell you it is not used in banks to any effect

Can you recommend a guide for me?
I knew someone would mention Chrissy Barymoer, he is perfect in helping beginners grow. I would not recommend anyone else.
