@@ikay_udeh it's usb related, probably from the phone. Try with a new cable, new port or a different PC

Make sure you're using the specified QFIL Version
@@honjiida thx but i solved the issue, qfil could not access the firehose file from an external drive, so i moved everything to the local disk were qfil was installed and that solved my issue

No, that's exclusive to the Verizon model as it has no OEM Unlock option.
Go to Developer Settings, enable OEM Unlock then you're good to go.

You can relock an unlocked bootloader by:
1. Follow the steps till you get to where you type - oem unlock bootloader
2. Here type - oem relock bootloader

No. This allows for modifications.

You don't cos it's not there. That's why you flash frp prior to unlocking. Watch the video well.

Mine turns on automatically after the dead battery receives some charge.
You may have to repair the power button if yours does not.

I don't think so. You can diy by watching a disassembly guide here on TH-cam. That is, if you're a bit technically inclined.

@@honjiida Yes, The phone does not start. does not respond to the buttons after the firmware. The firmware loaded 96 error in the Lgup program.

Press vol - and power for 15 seconds. The phone should boot up. Enable USB Debugging. Connect the phone and do: (adb reboot fastboot) in command prompt from platform tools folder

When you reach the final stage where you type {oem unlock} type {eom relock} instead.

2. Boot your phone to Download Mode (Hold Volume up button and connect cable
3. Install LG Driver if you are not installed it before
Open the LGROMUP tool.
4. Select Serial Port, DLL, KDZ file
5. Click Flash and wait to finish

You have to do it manually, just like the unlocking. Flashing stock or custom roms won't lock the bootloader

I'm not sure. You can give it a try though. Don't forget to make the needed backups so that you can restore the phone is case it does not work out.

I thought it may have been due to having android version 13, so I downgraded to 11 and I still seem to be having this issue. Any help is appreciated.
