Does it get detected when connected to PC (device connected sound?) You can try connecting to PC with the cable connected whilst holding the volume+ button to see if it'd boot into flash mode

@@ChadCollings-t1b the issue might be from the phone's USB port. The LG V60 is notorious for that. You'd have to find a way of finding the best angle and depth to connect it. Try finding the best quality data cable you can lay your hands on
They completely removed the existence of it out of pure belligerence. They thew the bath out with the babywater if you will since their chip isn't keeping the phone locked. LMAO

@@honjiida thx but i solved the issue, qfil could not access the firehose file from an external drive, so i moved everything to the local disk were qfil was installed and that solved my issue

Problem might be from your phone USB port if you've tried changing USB cables and ports on the PC. I f you have difficulty charging your phone or copying files due to this then there's a problem with your USB board

Press vol - and power for 15 seconds. The phone should boot up. Enable USB Debugging. Connect the phone and do: (adb reboot fastboot) in command prompt from platform tools folder

You can relock an unlocked bootloader by: 1. Follow the steps till you get to where you type - oem unlock bootloader 2. Here type - oem relock bootloader

No, that's exclusive to the Verizon model as it has no OEM Unlock option.
Go to Developer Settings, enable OEM Unlock then you're good to go.
