y'all when the phone enters fastboot mode when i write the oem unlock command it just stands there with the message "waiting for any device" how can i solve that?
LG G6 Thinq (android 8.0 T-Mobile carrier unlocked and no sim card). I can not get the "fastboot oem unlock" to work. OEM unlock and USB Debugging are enabled. All it does is hang here "waiting for any device" Any help would be welcome
@Ejaz Khan i fixed it... after getting pissed, turns out you have to go to device manager on your PC select the one that is called android device and select a driver from the ones you have. i ramdonly selected select the one called ADB Testing Interface out of frustration and it turned out to work

@@zaktech90 hey, thanks. It's the TMobile LG G6 variant. The computer doesn't see the device at all. Debugging mode is one but when I connect the two it just charges and never gives me any other option. When I connected it to different USB ports it's the same thing. I never get the chance to pair the phone to ADB.
@@zaktech90 everything is installed, as per the drivers. When I go into device manager it shows that the USB Device error coding with "Device Descriptor Request Failed". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling LG Drivers. No luck

Can someone please help? I bought an LG G6 H873 model and I live in Pennsylvania, United States, the phone is unlocked, but I cannot get it to work with my metropcs carrier or find any carrier that will take the phone's IEMI #? Why is this happening, am I doing something wrong, do I have to change something on the phone in the options, I cannot figure it out, and it's driving me absolutely crazy. I have an LG G5 h840(SE international), when I do this procedure in the same way, my device gives an error :( do you know why?
probably LG wants you to use an unlock code and they stopped giving them out, SO ITS OVER!!!!!!

Title shoudl be Unlock Tmobile LG G6 not Bootloader for LG g6 becoause you cant unlock bootloader or Root G6 modals except 1 or 2 modal in market .
