I have try oil pulling now for 3 weeks had pain and sensitivity to my left side dentist said I will need deep cleaning . I have stayed the course with the oil pulling and have almost immediate results no pain and almost no sensitivity . I can eat on the left side now . Notice teeth have became whiter . Hoping when I go in the dentist in a week they will see the difference . I do oil pulling with unrefined organic coconut oil 3 days a week . I do believe in using natural things for healing .

I have a cavity in my bottom tooth. I know I have a cavity, but I couldn’t get an appointment on the weekend. I started oil pulling, and to my amazement, the pain ceased. I did use a few drops of peppermint with it. I will be doing this everyday. The Lord helped me. He always help me in times of trouble.

That’s a good and honest dentist! Most of them will never compliment your teeth. Instead, they will seek ways to make money when you open your mouth, as your mouth are their source of income, and unfortunately they can do whatever they want since they are not audited or controlled by anyone.

I went to a dentist to fill the cavity, but my teeth was removed and and doctor asked me to come back next week to remove some more. That's the time I decided to go for oil pulling (coconut oil) and six years gone not visited the dentist. This is purely my personal experience and it worked for me so far.

Oil pulling in general is useful for maintaining oral hygiene,as it helps to eliminate dental caries causing harmful bacteria.
It's best to do oil pulling thrice a week,on alternate days, instead of daily.
Too much of sweets, etc cause acid generation in oral cavity due to harmful bacteria. Oil pulling reduces these harmful bacteria as they have antibacterial effect. Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull

A copule I know that were both born in Peru, and have been friends with them since oh about 25-26 years ago. I visited them on New year's eve 4 months ago. we were talking about some tthings and they told me about oil pulling an dthey themselves had done it for quite some time. my firned and his wife both literally showed me their teeth and gums and they looked almost perfect. they told me others they know had the samething.
now, prior to this i was 3-4 times a week swishing with salt water as i heard that heals gums. however, i did buy the unrefined coconut oil they literally showed me what they bought so i bought the same thing.
I had it sitting for 2-3 monhts and was not sure how to start. but last saturday for whatever reason i had some pain allo f a susdeen and it was taking longer. not sure what i did honestly.
but i found the vidoes on making sure i knew not to swallow it and to als either scrape the tonuge OR siwch it out after with water.
so since Sunday night i think it was so for 4-5 days i have dond 15,17,20,16,15 minutes and then doing the other thing swithing with salt water in fact after. then brush my teeth and floss lightly i heard some say you may not even have to floss but not sure.
although i do not have any time in the morning to do it and asked around. i have been waiting til a copule hours after i last eat and do it before i go to bed. but i am defintelyfeeling better
i know a pain on the bottom loeft i have had on and off , my dentist told me i had gum recession as I am nearly 50 now. but said mine was normal and not exesssiv.e but i think in that one spot in my mouth seems to be the worst spot for it.
I am almsot wondergin if it can help slowly reverse gum recession.i mean i would not be surprised.
one other qustion. i only saw this only ONE time in all my research randmomly
but way back in the late 70s early 80s my first 3 cavity fillings were mercurty amalgam.
the fact that th eoil pulling pulls metals and stuff. will that casue any kind of issues with the mercury?
i did find one video werhe they said you would get no more vapor than you would just going about yoru daily business.
plus i read that removing merucury fillings have a bigger chance of causing more liikelynes of getting merucy issues than just leaving it in there unless it totlaly falls apart and absolutely needs to be taken out.
    just some curiosity there
but i am going to keep doing it.
can't wait til my next appointment in september to see hwat it does
