DON'T DO IT. If you do, keep the receipt in your wallet. If they disconnect even once while in use, return them. These things are known to be garbage.

What do you think of the latency of this headset？

@@TechReviewsTVThanks for answering. I've used turtle beach for the last few years so I have to have mic monitoring. I'd seen a lot of negative comments about the mic monitoring. Had it just got better recently from an update possibly?
I personally never really use mic monitoring on any of my headphones but I noticed it was pretty good and I would consider using it more now. It could’ve been from an update
They updated the firmware so it's good now. It use to suck lol.

How do I fix the mic quality it my friends are saying it sounds so bad like I’m talking through a microwave or a 10 dollar mic
The sound is really good tho it’s just the mic quality I really want to fix
You might want to configure automute and all that, if you have background noise it can make the mic sound a bit crappy

very nice headset, i dont have an xbox and only use it with the xbox wireless receiver for zero latency, and i cannot complain
only downside is that my earpads are slowly crumbling and opening to the point where i can see the inside, so i will probably have to order new once
but that cause of how i grip them
I bought these back in August 2021 and today the mic boom case wear the mute button is, cracked. There are multiple post on Microsoft forum where this mic boom arm seems to be a design flaw. And Microsoft is ignoring it.
Same happened to me
I just went to grab my headset and saw this oval part where the mic hole is, that whole long oval piece was popped out with the 2 wires sticking out. I don't even know what happened. Now that I read your comment I see why. Luckily I bought a 2 year best buy protection plan, I was literally 11 months 6 days in. A couple of more weeks and I would of been screwed. I'm glad I rebought my protection plan for this new set because I had no idea that this was a design flaw.
@@youhdumbasf5862how was the protection plan process like? Did they just send you a new one no questions asked or did you have to take it into a store and exchange it? Or something like that
My headphones will disconnect randomly and reconnect by themselves, how do I fix?

Picked this up the other day from Walmart for 49 dollars, the only thing I’m bummed about is the lack of ear cup swivel.
How’s the latency? Any noticeable sound delay?

@@kylebrandon2009 yeah, for that price I couldn’t pass it up. At first they didn’t sound too great right out of the box but I switched them to movie mode and haven’t used my other headset since.
@@thomasstewart2083 no, not any that I’ve noticed. I also watch a lot of movies so if there was any I feel like it would be most noticeable during a film.

not bad for the price, but my sony platinum headset is better all the way around when it comes to sound and comfort. the xbox wireless is a solid 7/10 and keeping them, but eventually I need to replace the ear pads since they get really HOT when wearing them, and right now it's dead cold here in January.
PS the mic monitoring is garbage too and very disappointing. If this worked well I was going main these since the sony headset has terrible mic monitoring as well.

Can you wear it on your head for a while with comfort? I have studio 3 and they are hurting my ears, need new headphones
I’ve had these for a year and they are really comfortable but if your planning on using them for longer than 10 hours your ears will obviously become slightly uncomfortable
Just arrived in the mail. Lots of problems. While in Hunt Showdown there is no audio in-game or during match summary, but audio comes back in in the lobby. However, people can hear my mic. Headset uses BT 4.2. I bought an ASUS-BT400 (BT 4.0) dongle because BT is not integrated in my tower. When I was having lots of audio issues on Day 1 I pulled the dongle out, Hunt Showdown crashed, and I got the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH (DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION). Today, I replaced that dongle with a new ASUS-BT500 (BT 5.0) and it only works marginally better. In fact, as long as I am in a video game environment (Hunt Showdown, MW2), I don't get any audio. The resources I find when searching online point me to the Xbox console, and Microsoft pages are from hell, generally. I cannot find PC resources for this blasted headset. PS this is a great video, I enjoyed watching.
You shouldn’t game with bluetooth. Dongle / 2.4ghz is the way to go

Out of the box they sound good but I wanted to add more bass so if you find tune them in settings they’ll sound better to your taste

Does it have any delay or latency when connected to XBOX series X? I bought mine yesterday and it has some delay so I'm thinking of returning it.
No delay on the series x if anything you might need to update your headset

i just bought this headset. when i was about to play warzone with my friends they couldnt hear me. i tried hard reseting it, restarting my xbox series s but somehow nothing is working. also in the game there a headset label being not connected. does anybody know what do i need to do? thanks
Sounds like you need to start a party and then leave the party. My xbox does that also, but with other headsets.
These are the worst headphones I've ever owned. They disconnect every 30 seconds to 1 minute, and when they disconnect, they reset my controller. Been looking around, and apparently it's a known issue. Looks like you're one of the few people they actually work well for. They're literally unusable for me. Absolute trash product.
Buyers beware.
Even after the updates ? Usually they do that to warn you to update which does suck
@@TechReviewsTV Oh, yeah. I've done EVERYTHING, and nothing seems to fix the issue. They're just paperweights at this point. My buddy sent me 3 different pairs of headsets, and these were one of them. Otherwise, if return them for a refund. I've never had an accessory (for ANYTHING) work against it's counterpart so badly.

@Pumpkin Nope. He had then for 1 day, and had the same issue the moment he plugged them in. Also, there are entire Reddit posts about this same issue. I have a condo, so since I have close neighbors with just as much wireless sh*t as I do, it absolutely destroys the signal. Microsoft also confirmed the issue for many people in an official Discord.
