For an absolute beginner like me. The most straightforward video I've seen. I was getting myself too bogged down in over complicated Jibe videos and reading stuff..Yours is simple Black 'n' White. No nonsense. You got me started without the stress. Thank you, ES. Much appreciated👍🫠🌟
Elegoo should pay you for this, easy to follow, concise and on point!
Literally the most usable Elegoo guide, thank you
😊 Thanks!!
Thank you SOOOO MUCH! I’m pretty savvy when it comes to electronics but with this I had no idea where to start! You made this so simple I absolutely love it. I just received my Elegoo Neptune 4 pro so I am beyond excited now. Thank you!
Glad I could help!
Just got a Neptune 4 Plus as my first ever 3D printer. Your video helped immensely! My first print was just a simple test cube but it printed flawlessly.
So glad! Have fun with your printer :)
This was the best, couldn't figure out on my own. Thank you so much.
your explanations was so easy to see...and understand
Thank you 😊
Thank you for your efforts, this video is fantastic.
Great video. Thank you ✌️
Thank you so much for this video! Followed your video from start to end and it helped perfectly!
So glad I could help!!
Really appreciate you clearly showing the steps you go through to printing something. I am just starting my journey into 3D printing (don't even have a printer) and know absolutely nothing but learnt a lot, so thanks again.
Thanks for watching!!
I just ordered one of these, Ill be referencing these videos soon lol
Thank you so much!
You’re welcome!
I wish Elegoo would change the wording from "Auxiliary" to "Initial Bed leveling" it confused me at first too. From the numbers on your bed leveling screen it's waaay off. Do a "Auxiliary" bed leveling first, making absolutely sure there isn't any melted filament on tip of nozzle, very, very important!! After that, adjust your Z-offset, THEN do the automatic bed leveling last. You will see a MAJOR difference in quality of prints, I promise you!!
Did you have to fine tune any adjustments in the profile for the collapsible sword? About to get my Neptune 4 Max and was unsure if it’s pre tweaked for the same print!?
Can you post a list of file formats that can be used in cura?
How often do you use the glue stick that was included
Every 3-4 prints usually
i cant get this one to work at all for some reason some of the fould outs spins on the plate when it gets to a point i have tired running it like you did and i tired setting it to only go at 80% speed i am new and dont know what to do about this
Try watching my video on adhesion - I use a glue stick on my buildplate to ensure the print sticks well.
@everythingSTEM I have done everything from start to finish in your video and use my glue stick but what I see is that the stl file seems a bit wierd in the making of the smallest foldout have you ever tried pulling them all out and see what yours looks like? I have seen a few comments on he's stl file that they can't fould it out I have a feeling they have the same problem as me
Thanks helps us just starting!
Happy to help!
does the glue not throw off he leveling process?
Surprisingly no!
What speed should I use?
I am using Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro, and I printed a katana model, but the sword didn't work. Can you print Ichigo's katana in a video?
flow rate setting 82-86 for katana.
Hello again, as you mentioned in your video, I tried pressing the same buttons with the same settings for the sword, but it's not working. My sword is slightly opening. What should I do? Please help :(
Hi! Send a photo to elegoo support - they are pretty responsive. I usually try re-leveling as a first step if my prints aren’t turning out.
I'm looking to buy the Neptune 4 pro for my family. We had an old Flashforge a few years ago, so we have some experience.
Would you recommend this printer for a newbie semi tech savvy family?
Absolutely! I had a flashforge as my first printer too! You will find a lot of your knowledge will translate
@@everythingSTEM Perfect! I found a deal on a Neptune 4 Pro, and it'll be here in time for Christmas... though, since I'm the dad, it may not end up under the Christmas Tree because I'll have already set it up!
Today ı got neptune 4 pro, but they send calcium chloride with the filament, can someone help how i will use the calcium chloride?
