Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm 57 days into quitting caffeine, and it's true that I'm depressed. and panic How many months has it been since you quit? and how long does it take for withdrawal symptoms to go away?
Hey bro. I’m a little over 3 months in. Anxiety comes and goes but it is more manageable right now imo. I found lifting weights, hanging with buddies and having a “fuck it” mentality helps. We’re both still going through withdrawal. Don’t trust your mind rn… it will make every excuse to relapse. 57 days is great, keep going, it will get better! If you want more info or motivation, check out this dude called catovideo1 on TH-cam. He made a few legendary videos on caffeine withdrawal!
@@JustChill-zd4ib IMO, there is a bigger withdrawal period than people think, but, I also somewhat agree. Longer term, it's not really caffeine withdrawal, it's more so you are dealing with shit you haven't dealt with because you've been high for a prolonged period of time
I'm on 2.3 weeks off now and I've hit the insomnia stage and still slight headaches here and there. Jeez still months to go. At least I'm not craving it. Like I did just find myself thinking I want a decaf but then quickly think no. Why? It's just going to delay feeling better
2.3 weeks off is solid! Keep going. I heard somebody say to not trust your brain at this point. It will try to rationalize relapse. That’s been my mindset haha
@@DevonRodgers62the thing is I never get off for long enough I’ll do it but then have it once a week during training or so but longest been a few months or so so. But yah now it’s been a long time I maybe had caffeine 2-3 times in two months and I’m continuing on a no caffeine streak now
That’s not too bad. Far better than the average working person haha. If you want the system that I used to quit while working a labour job, it’s free and in the description of all my videos. Might help you stick with it brother!
100%. I heard somebody say that you need 8-12 months sober from anything to truly see what it means to be sober again. I'm not there yet, but I'll keep you updated haha
@@DevonRodgers62 dude me neither but we are on our way man it is the WAY to heal ourselves truly but I’ll tell yah it’s way better than the other route
I’ll do an update soon, but yes, it’s gotta better! Everyday is progressively better with some low points every now and then, which is expected I was also going through alcohol withdrawal simultaneously so that could have been a factor haha
@@DevonRodgers62 yah for sure I experimented with a half cup off coffee to see what it would do and dude it made me so adhd and anxious crazy how it works it does nothing for energy just makes you crazy
@@DevonRodgers62yah if you were drinking every day that must have been a bitch . Regular reality feels so boring haha I always come back to your videos to be honest
Make more longer videos like this. Very helpful. I’ve been quit for a while now and this is relateable tbh
How long until your energy came back?
This is golden
Good one

@@DevonRodgers62thanks for this video brother it is difficult
Should already be done. This is something else you are dealing with that has nothing to do with caffeine.
