    ■ Cooking time: 60 minutes
    ■ Materials (for one 15cm square type)
    ・ White chocolate: 80g
    ・ Egg: 1 ・ Cake flour: 40g
    ・ Matcha: 10g
    ・ Granulated sugar: 40g
    ・ Milk: 1 tablespoon ・ Roasted walnuts: 30g
    ・ Butter (unsalted): 30g
    Toppings-White chocolate pen: 1 bottle-Almond dice: Appropriate amount-Chocolate: Appropriate amount
    ■ Preparation ・ Chocolate is finely chopped.
    ・ Cut the walnuts roughly.
    ・ Put a cooking sheet on the mold.
    ・ Return the material to room temperature.
    -Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    ■ How to make
    1. Put white chocolate and butter in a bowl, melt in a water bath, and mix gently.
    2. Add granulated sugar and mix, then remove from the water bath.
    3. Add eggs one by one and mix, then add milk and mix further.
    4. Sift the cake flour and matcha powder, add walnuts and mix.
    5. Pour into a mold and bake in an oven at 170 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
    6. When the heat is removed, remove it from the mold and cut it to the size you like. Decorate with chocolate pens, almond dice, etc. and you're done.
    ■ Tips, points, and white chocolate should be boiled at a temperature of about 40 to 45 ° C. If the temperature is too high, it may separate.

    簡単で美味しいので、もう何回もリピートしてます。
    ただ分量通りだとホワイトチョコの味を抹茶が完全に消し去りますので、全て2倍量抹茶だけ1,5倍が個人的にはベストだなと思っています。
