I'm quite convinced that Serral will win the whole series this time. Do you notice that even though his opponents successfully harass his bases, killing some drones and getting away but they still lose in engagements when their army outnumber his at the beginning? His multitasking is absolutely amazing!
His mechanics and decision-making is unmatched in this game right now. No matter what the situation, he always makes the right call and that is what wins him series after series.
I hope he stays at the top for awhile longer. Not many are good peers for kids and hes a good one they can look up to. But yeah man those engagements I see him do sometimes and hes 1/2 the army supply..bam still pulls a great encounter. Kids got game man really cool to watch him play and Id rather play then watch but not with him.

Ruthless? He just was lucky to get lings into the main due to Trap's mistake. And Serral did not have economy at that point so it basically was his last hope. I even expected Trap to be ez 0-3 for Serral since pvz is his worst matchup.

The amount of activity serral throws unto the battlefield is insanity. Ex: creep spread to the front door, swarmhost+nydus, potential bane+zling raids, immediate tech switch to broodlord/mutalisk. And,serral does aaaaallll these attacks and pokes while maintaining 4-5 bases. Thats not an easy feat. Tos and terran only have to manage 3 bases per game, maybe 4-5 in long games, zerg have too much shit to manage and regulate. Because serral can handle a dozen different tasks at any given moment, is the exact reason he is the KING.

Serral is a great competitor no doubt. In strategy terms he always seems to have a stronger economy and even if someone is marginally better than him at micro. He will still have the insurance policy of having more resources available to come back from unit losses. His opponent should focus more on attacking his economy or making their own economy stronger otherwise he is always go to win.

Actually in starcraft story the zerg swarm at his top is unstoppable. If you play a high skill player it is the same. The only way to beat him is to focus on killing economy or overlord to prevent units production. In a face to face armies, 80% chance you lose because zerg with a good economy can produce more units than terran or protoss
Trap had game 3 if he just kill the two bases and then focused on outgrowing Serral. Instead he got cocky and let his economy disappear... didn't send anything after defenseless SHs and didn't expand. Zerg was contained, beaten and battered. All Serral had was those SHs. Yet Trap decided to stop ALL macro. Frustrating to see. Also either kill the buildings or ignore them, wtf is that was that disrespect... Cost him the game.
I think Artosis was frustrated with Traps poor micro. How many of these games did Trap loose a shit ton of units to bile's that should have never connected

These guys would be impossible for me. They're scrolling the screen and clicking too fast. Like I understand the strategy and execution but actually pulling it off takes precise hand eye coordination. I think I averaged around 350 ACPM. (Clicks per minute). And I'm super fast... but this looks upwards of 700+ ACPM.
Speed is only one of the things that make these guys the best. But yeah, you definitely need the mechanical skill to be up there. Serral can easily go 700+ in those particularly messy games.
It's about making the most out of each action. It's not hard to just spam over and over, but it is incredibly hard to get efficiency out of that many actions in such a short amount of time. Someone with less apm, but better efficiency with their actions will always be better off. Muscle memory helps a lot too.
The ability too re drone for zerg is absurd for the first 3 matches zerg lost 10+ drones but was still ahead in worker count is pure bs. Ravagers clearly need a 5+ second debuff if they break sentry shields depending on the amount so fewer is a lesser cooldown debuff and more is a longer cooldow. Also buff phoenix vs overlords/mutalisks/corrupters and medivacs. Zerg is dominating ATM they clearly need a nerf.
If anything they should nerf Oracles. When a player like Serral does not find a way to win vs oracles several cosecutive games in a row than you know they are imbalanced. Just like when the top Terran and Toss didn't find a way to counter Infestors they where nerfed and other Units where buffed last balance patch.
Ughh heaven forbid. They should not let zombiegrub anywhere near tournaments of this level. The most monotonous, personality-less casting i've ever heard. She can go on casting low-level banshee tournaments or whatever the fuck they're called.

I watched a looooot of Serral’s game and I feel zerg might be stronger than the others. We always see T and P making special build to beat zergs, but I feel Zergs always do the exact same thing at the beginning and then they adapt their game. I mean, Zergs are just waiting pushes (that they can so easy see.....). So they have free scout, they wait for push that they see so they can defend. And if the push doesn’t come, they have the bases, the best late game... at equal level, its easier for the zerg player

Zerg late game with infestors is stupid levels of OP. But early to mid game, protoss is easier and just plain stronger than zerg. If you fail PvZ to anything other than infestor late game, maybe nydus swarm host get an honorable mention mid game, but anything else then you just got plain hard outplayed, because you had the advantage and still lost.

I was so amazed that he maintained such a supply lead and held in game 3. Also his decisionmaking with staggering the locust waves was incredible.

Trap seemed to repeatedly get immortals isolated and killed. Also got warp prisms sniped. Seemed like sloppy play.
