No it's not. they where founded in 1966 in san leon tx by Donald Eugene chambers. Who was a san Jacinto high roller before he started the bandits because he was tired of how the high rollers was being ran.

And was told by a bandit from the clover leaf chptr about Don " mother" chambers. This patch holder also told me that most bandits would deny the fact that Don was a high roller because the high rollers are an ama club.
