I am really leaning towards the same system. Wish you guys would have gone into what your measuring and why. I would have missed the nickle grease. Good tip. Thanks for the video.
We measure stock length from center of tierod end to center of tierod end on the tierod bar and drag link bar so we can get new setup close to same length as the stock setup and then afterwards we measured tire to tire and set toe end and adjusted drag link bar to center steering wheel and get close enough to drive until we could get a true alignment done. Hope that helps some.

So how have you liked the barnes setup so far and have you had any issues with the jam nuts staying tightened?
It has worked flawlessly. I have installed the same kit on several customer jeeps and all have been very happy with it also. Great kit for the money.
@@SquatchyOffroad that's good. I've ordered this kit in the flipped version to go with my new lift that I'm about to install.
I am putting mine on and the only way I can clear my steering stabilizer bracket is to flip the drag link at the steering knuckle
Do you have a aftermarket stabilizer bracket on the jeep?

The kit is made to run with stabilizer in stock bracket on axle. Last kit I put on the jeep had a aftermarket stabilizer bracket and I had to remove it and put back in factory location.
do you have a stock track bar bracket or do you have a relocation bracket?
It is a aftermarket adjustable track bar in stock location.
