    I like the sound of this. Even with the baffle in. It sounds so much better than many other aftermarket. I may buy this for my N400

      I definitely recommend it, the build quality on the Arrow exhausts is exceptional, they sound great, but they aren't obnoxious.

    nice sound

      I like it! Not too loud, not too quiet and the baffle makes it easy to increase the volume when removed.

      Thanks, I was really happy with the end result. Has a good growl now.

      @@MotoJournoKris It definitely does. Adds so much more to the bike

      @@MotoJournoKris do you ride more with the dbkiller out or in? Is it so loud you need earplugs?

      @MotoJournoKris  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MattieXMoto I normally leave it in, and no earplugs are necessary, it's got a bit of bark, but it won't upset anyone. It's louder with the db killer out though and I'd wear earplugs using it daily for commuting. I normally only take it out if I'm going for a sporty ride on the weekend, but it's only about 15 seconds if you have a small set of needle nose pliers to pull the circlip, the only thing to watch out for is if it's hot from riding.

    are baffle and silencer the same thing?

    • @MotoJournoKris
      @MotoJournoKris  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think silencer is sometimes used interchangeably with muffler, especially with the Arrow exhausts, as they are often listed as silencers. The baffle is just the removable section in the tip which quietens the exhaust when fitted (but also acts as a 'silencer').

    What would you say is the best sounding or loudest slip on exhaust for the ninja 400?

    • @MotoJournoKris
      @MotoJournoKris  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      For louder and good sound I do like the Arrow with baffle out. The exhaust tips that are cheap and basically a straight through are very loud but a bit raucous for me. I haven't heard any that I liked more than the Arrow either, but I was happy enough I wasn't specifically looking.

    Have you tried the gp2 slip on by arrow?

    • @MotoJournoKris
      @MotoJournoKris  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I haven't to be honest, as it looks a fair bit louder than the Race Tech. It's also my least favourite design of all the Arrow pipes for the Ninja 400, although that's naturally very subjective!

    Mate,Why u install top box?It will kapoot your aerodynamic during high speed

    • @MotoJournoKris
      @MotoJournoKris  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good to have the storage for commuting. I can remove the bag if necessary. That's a little Ventura EVO-22 soft bag in the picture, which just clips off, and the rack is very clean looking on it's own.
      I also find the Ventura setups much more aerodynamic than wearing a backpack.
