That’s just how they were when I bought the car. If your doing an alignment on the car having them on the bottom might be easier but I adjust the camber by removing the wheel and putting it back on.

Hello, what model of front camber is on that Civic, suppose Hardrace but I see bolts with access from the bottom... can't find same.
