    In this video, we show the main principle of the operation of the #HHO kit.
    The produced #HHO gas from the #HHO KIT is acting as additional fuel to the usual air-fuel mixture in any engine.
    Ones the (H) Hydrogen is fuel and secondary, the (O) Oxygen is helping the burning process.
    HHO is the chemical abbreviation of Oxy-hydrogen. #HHO gas has two molecules of Hydrogen and one molecule of Oxygen.
    When we add #HHO to a regular internal combustion engine, we practically enrich the air-fuel mixture with HHO, which is beneficial for any Internal Combustion Engine. Enriching the air-fuel mixture makes fossil fuel burn more efficiently and complete, which releases more mechanical power, of course.
    The #HHO kit needs two things to start operation: electrical power and electrolyte.
    Power 12-14.4V DC we take from the charging system of your vehicle, and we manage the proper power usage by our Dynamic PWM for 12V for Diesel or Petrol injection engine. Dynamic #PWM controls the usage of power and, of course, the production of HHO gas based on the RPM's of the Engine. Practically optimizing energy consumption, because on lower RPM's your alternator can not carry a more significant load (Amps). Simply if you put too many Amps (load) on the alternator, the ECU of the engine will read this extra load, especially at lower RPMs. For example, when you wait on idle RPMs at the traffic light) and will start injecting more fuel in order to compensate for the extra load taken from the HHO system.
    That is why we developed this device called #Dynamic PWM to be able to better control the load (A) and production of HHO gas, based on the RPM's and engine needs.
    I will provide you comprehensive information about the Dynamic PWM in another video here on our TH-cam channel, please feel free to subscribe to our TH-cam channel and share our videos!
    Electrolyte for the HHO kit it's made from Water and Potassium Hydroxide (KOH).
    The HHO kit is ready for work now. When we apply power to the dry cell, it will start producing HHO gas immediately. As you see in the video, the HHO Dry cell is on a lower level than the HHO reservoir, so when you fill-up the tank with an electrolyte, practically the electrolyte goes to the HHO Dry cell only by the gravity way. The produced HHO gas in the Dry cell is going up to the reservoir because it's lighter than the liquid and pushing with the produced gas also some fluid. Based on this, we do not need a recirculation pump installed because the electrolyte is circulating between the reservoir and the dry cell by itself during operation.
    After the produced gas is in the reservoir, it goes to the HHO bubbler. This device is mandatory for any HHO kit. It does not matter if it's a dry cell or wet cell.
    The HHO bubbler has three functions:
    1. To take and keep the rough steam which comes with the produced HHO gas from the HHO reservoir
    2. To prevent any liquid (electrolyte, water steam, water) goes into the engine air intake
    3. To act as an anti-back spark device
    The main advantage, when you have HHO bubbler in your HHO Kit is you do not need a one-way plastic valve.
    After the produced HHO gas goes into the engine is enriching the air-fuel mixture.

    Very nice quality system. I have researched these some years ago. I have a 3.0L EcoDiesel with a Turbo. Where do you introduce the Hydroxy in the intake? Before or after the turbo?

    • @HydroxSystems
      @HydroxSystems  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It can be after turbo, simply because there is a pressure and will not suck the produced gas. It will push it back and out of the system, prctically in the bubbler. Inlet point should be in the air-filter box.

      @@HydroxSystems Ok, that makes sense. Mine should be here in a day or two. I may put it in the PCV tube before the turbo as there will be suction there.

    What are those neutral plates for?

    • @HydroxSystems
      @HydroxSystems  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is designed to operate at 12V-14.4VDC, so there is a certain number of SS plates for the certain voltage and certain density of the electrolyte! :)

    • @HydroxSystems
      @HydroxSystems  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello, they are not directly connected to power terminals, but through them electrons passing, so they are not really neutrals, but depends on the voltage you use , you can calculate how many neutral plates you need. There should be arround 2V between 2 plates.

    how do you measure the amount of hydrogen gas coming out ?

    • @HydroxSystems

      Hello, there is few ways you can measure the debit of gas:
      1. With digital debit meter, but the good quality which have accuracy cost around 1500 Euro
      2. With bottle with water and count for how much time it will release the water out of the bottle , when it's upside-down, but I can't say that this way is really precise in the measurement.

    Does this replace need for gasoline... Or just better gas mileage
    If it just saves... How much miles per gallon.....
    I went to the website... Doesn't explain what it does

    • @HydroxSystems
      @HydroxSystems  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It's actually helping the regular fuel to burn more complete, that's why it releases more mechanical power. usually fossil fuels has a lot of loses in heat and the HHO gas just helping the better burning process. It does not subsitute the gasoline in total, Just better gas mileage.
      How much ity saves , depending on the vehicle, year, brand, model, charging system and of course the setup of the vehicles fuel map to inject less than normal. Sorry about it, our website will be updated soon, right after the migration to another platform.

    • @HydroxSystems

      Someone at work doesn't understand physics. Your gas tank is far more dangerous than this water system. WIthout power there is no harmful gas. Even if you wrecked and crack it spilling everywhere, you just have water with electrolyte. If anything it would help with being a source to put out any fire caused by the gasoline. As soon as hydrogen is out in the atmosphere it's gone from the source in seconds. It's the lightest element and shoots straight up into the atmosphere. I have no dog in the fight with this guy or his company, I have been making and developing a system of my own for almost 7 years now.
