So many people are talking about mags not fitting...I bought 3 from Classic Firearms and they work nicely on my ZPAP M70. Classic also states they fit-test the mags before sending them out.
+Amedeo Moretti i dont know what to say about the bho mags and a milled ak since I dont own one. I would trust that if Zastava (makers of yugo aks) made a milled ak, they wouldn't screw you over by making yugo mags incompatible...
Yugo BHO are usually good. The ones I got don't always hold the bolt open which is kinda lame. I have one that has a weak spring which is kinda to be expected bc they have usually been used quite a bit. I would disassemble em and clean em out real well when u get one. To be honest though I got two of these Croatian BHOs and they are awesome. I had to do some filing on both on the locking lug and on the curved part underneath the rear locking lug but for $12??? Why get anything else?? Plus they match with the Yugo finish or the Norinco Blued finish...not perfectly but enough. Hope this helps.
@@silentbigsteve3429 yes sir, you get all steel construction magazines that are new manufactured and also have the bolt hold open feature. I have heard of fitment issues but between my SAM7SF, NPAP DF and Romanian underfolder they have all worked flawlessly
Ilja Dejanovic I have m70 npap and have no issues with mine locking up. just got mine a few days ago so maybe they fixed the issue. Good quality mag at a great price.

Won't fit in a milled receiver Zastava M70 without major grinding. Don't fit a Chinese milled type 3 AK either. What the do fit in they really aren't a dependable magazine.Fail to feed issues mostly

SHUT IT DOWN.kidding....i have 20. the back of the mag..on top where the mag catch is welded one..the very top of the welded on tap on top is about 1/16" to high.git the receiver support on my AK. compare to other mags i think 1 lil machine step is skipped.its not the locking tab on the mag. a few stroke of a flat file on top and they go ALK THE WAY UP .i recently bought 20 ..Apex is a great Co..too
The guy welding the rear has it all wrong , reason they do not work with A LOT of milspec AK's . Too bad as I am sure he wants to produce a quality product . They need to check specs for milspec AK . Any milspec AK mag should operate in ANY milspec AK. They don't . Too bad because they appear to made nicely , not like American manufacture .
@@tyleralderson5370 I think their QC stepped up recently. Just bought 10 on SGammo and they all fit my Arsenals, Saiga and Wasr perfectly. That or they have batches made by certain employees here and there that are welded wrong at the lugs
I am Croatian and I've never heard of this stuff before. As some of you have said that they do not fit your rifles, it is probably because they are made to fit those AK variants they have in the factory, which are predominantly Russian, Serbian, Romanian. I bought a PDC from FAB, says it fits most yugo variants, and guess what, it does not fit yugo m70ab2 because the rifle is too short for the cover, so there I have a 200 dollars cover that I cannot use. Caveat emptor people...caveat emptor.
I purchased 5 Croatian mags for my Yugo Npap and had to file down the sides near the front to get them to fit. I figured that the Croatian mags would have fit the Yugo well since you guys are neighbors!
@@mctourer5549 you are forgetting that all receivers imported to usa has to be single stack mags to comply with import laws. when inside of usa, then receiver is widened by usa shop/importer to receive double stack mags. if you have surplus gun, you should have no problems since they are originally double stack receivers. but again, those mags may be with some issues, dont know....
@@zoki.to974 My WASR10 takes standard mil surp steel mags just fine but, the Croatian mags don't fit (rear locking lug has to be filed down at the top to match the mil surp mag).
Filed down on all of mine to custom fit to a WASR, no other issues. Surprised at how so much of this production is done by hand. Lots of room for error. I read the tooling was reworked and tested for better fitment across the board now.
Please make the followers like a Yugoslavian made follower is made. With a solid area for bolt to impact rather than these things and hollow followers that are damaged and useless after a few dozen times of the bolt hitting the followers. Defeats the purpose of a bolt hold open follower when the bolt eventually jumps past the follower and gets jammed up requiring disassembly of the magazine and replacing the follower.

This factory is in Bosnia, serbian province,,not at all Croatia!!! XD,XDM, XDS, XD mod2 are Croatian made, together with VHS 2 asault rifle. Croati never produce ak-47!

I just bought 10 Croatian mags $8.99 each and they fit everything I have and are very high quality.
I have a few of these and they did require fitting, but I like that about them. I can get a precise fitment in my AK's, not too loose not too tight.

I wanted to add to my previous post that aside from the poorly made followers I like the magazines and they are a good made magazine.
Bought two. One had to be filed (Rear locking tab) to fit. After that it works great! I like them!

They are awful
These mags do not lock up in an M70 NPAP, but with some dremel work, they will lock up. Other than that, look to be very good quality.

I have also had feeding trouble but these make decent range mags. Have e same feel and weight as surplus magazines.

Just as a heads up, the RAS-47 has poorly heat treated... well... everything. Trade it for a WASR-10. You will be much happier.

I did a quick review video of these mags.
After giving them a chance through an SLR. WASR and Yugo.
These mags do not lock up into Polish AKMS. THey look like quality mags though.
It is probably colliding with your center support rivet
you are correct. I noticed the rub marks on that rivet. it's cool though. I'll just buy Polish or Romanian mags. they work good.
File down the bolt face to increase head space to compensate for the interference.

All this effort they put into it and they don’t fit in most ak’s. Had to Dremel some material underneath the locking lug to get it to fit.
They got the bugs worked out. Bought 5 recent production and they work great in my guns. I had some early ones and I know what you're talkin about.

Why do the mags have "made in Croatia" stamped on them? Even if they don't use the AK doesn't mean that they still don't make the mags for export.
