David Liang Not many will stand a chance against Couch Hamilton. Personally, I would like to see him or DaN GreeN win. I really like the fact that Hamilton pulls conventional AND SQUATS with only sleeves.
Dan Green should start bodybuilding after his powerlifting career. His physique for a powerlifter is incredible! Just think about how he would look if he started working out for the contraction and the pump!
ST's most recent powercast talked about this. Mark Bell said that in the past when Dan has been really lean that he was around 10-12% but everyone placed him much lower because of how much mass he has. This looks like the leanest Dan has been lol so I would say around 8-10%, could be lower.
I'm a 15 year old freshman in Highschool, DT and OG, I squat 475 2x leg press 14 plates 3x , deadlift 400, yet my bench and clean are both 175.... What type of chest workout should I work on a lot?
+Joe Martin your squat and DL are ok for a beginner i guess , but why so weak on clean ? maybe problems with wrists ? use tight wraps for now , you should be doing 230 , you have long way to go , just dont give up enjoy the journey

Also, if you wanna improve your bench, do a lot of dumbbell chest presses and of course bench a lot. The only way to get better at a certain exercise is too keep doing it. Try overhead presses as well. As for cleans, do a lot of core work and squat jumps, that will help a lot
Always amaze me how strong ppl get with years and years of heavy training, only 4 months doing squats and I can barely lift my own bodyweight for 5 repetitions (200lbs), then you come and see Dan and you know he warm his fingers with what you lift XDD.
