- iCUE LINK is the next leap forward in PC building, letting you leave cable clutter and endless connector types behind. Each device in the iCUE LINK system uses the same, simple connector, plugging directly into the next component to create a chain of devices that are all connected to one iCUE LINK System Hub. Making for a clean, fast, and easy way to build your next PC.
In this video, we’ll show you how a full cooling setup consisting of multiple fans and an all in one CPU liquid cooler works in the iCUE LINK system.

Where is the cable in the single QX fan uh?
When will there be a lcd screen on the aio with icue link??
@@CatpainLorel This is why I won't buy any - they need to add the cables and not be so greedy
You did a good job at sliding right past the fact that the "extra 90 degree cable" for the rear fan is not included in the single fan "expansion kit" you have to buy the cable seperately...
IN FACT they say "seperate 90 degree cable" and on the bottom right says "cable sold separately"😅
My single fan came with one
Absurd pricing for all recent products.
They'll probably release cheaper products later. Just gotta wait
For those who are interested in setting up ten of these fans, before installing them, I’d like to give some advice. A single channel on the system hub won’t provide each fan with RGB lighting, but there is a very easy way around this issue if you have plenty of iCUE Link cables. Simply put, you connect the intake fans at the front panel and/or side panel to the first channel, and then you connect the exhaust fans at the top and rear of the chassis to the second channel. Once you do this, based on extensive firsthand testing, the iCUE software will recognize the system hub, the AIO cooler, and all ten fans.
Cool tech, but no more for that money... i'm done with Corsair. Only 2 more parts from Corsair to replace. 💪🏻
Such an awesome product
did this and didnt think to make adapters for hardline guys would have been nice upgrade if there was adapters for cpu and gpu blocks or pumps
In my opinion if you want RGB lights and AC for your computer with total control of your RGB this product is worth it for the simplicity also cutting wiring space down a lot.
Especially when paired with the Corsair iCUE CPU Coolers.
You’re basically paying for air conditioning for your PC. It is up to you whether you want it to be efficient or not.
This is cool tech, but the price is insane. Unless you have a 13900K/4090 price level system, you'd be crazy to buy into this. Lian Li is way cheaper, pretty good quality and still relatively simple.
I see many RGB fans being 35-45 euro to. These are like 50-55 But they have temp measurement. And the RGB is pretty good.
The extra cables you might need is rediculous for the price tho. That should be included in expansion packs for the price. And then the slim cable
The problem with these daisy chain fans are the prices, corsair needs to make the fan blade can be pop out just like the Swafan from Thermaltake, so we can easily clean them for long term. You don't want to spend like $150 for 3 fans, and they will get dust and become dirty pretty fast and have to replace them.@@Syphirioth
@@Viettzz Prices are indeed insane, but who replaces their fans when they get dusty? It's not that hard to clean them with an air duster, a few q-tips and isopropyl alcohol.
Good system, nice that you have solved one of your biggest issues (10 RGB fans = 20 cables and 4 controllers). But at this price? No thanks :D
When there will be new cases available with preinstalled Icue Link fans? Whats the point in buying 5000T 4000$ case with old fans and replace them with extra 100$ Icue fans?
how do I fix the controll node that came with the case? 465x... ICUE no longer detects the fans and cooler in case...
How u connect asus aura sync products to corsair icue?? I try everything and can't acomplish
are there separate "pull" fans available for the bottom of the case?
How’s the actual performance of the aio? Best on the market now? Can finally tame the 13900k at full power limits?
After quite a while of observing it, I find it to be very efficient. It keeps my 7950X3D in the thirties when Windows is fully loaded and the iCUE application is open.
Question: does the icue link require the PWM repeater?
so nice to know that corsair cut out SATA power cable and used PCIE power instead
Do the Corsair icue link qx120 single fans come with the connectors?..
They do now
Great fans just built a system with 15 Qx fans only thing is it’s 7 devices per channel on the hub so make sure to buy the 3 packs to get more cables and extra hubs a usb 2.0 hub will also be needed
I found a little workaround for channel limitations. After noticing that several of my fans were running without RGB lighting, I grabbed some extra iCUE cables and rearranged the layout. I used the system hub’s primary channel for the intake fans on the side panel and the radiator’s intake fans on the front panel, and I used the second channel for the exhaust fans on the top of the chassis and the back of the chassis. I find that the iCUE software is very friendly with this configuration.
@@SirChristoferus Greta find bro. I ended up rearranging all the fans to be able to daisy chain everything together I got lucky and extra cable was included I read somewhere not all packs include that extra 6 inch cable.
I think you guys thought a bit to much about not having cables... Slim ones sold out in many places. Yet they are the better cable connection then the normal one and you need those with expansion fans on a different side. It was a bummer to see the extra cables i had to buy on top of the already expensive fans.
But what about led strips? Do we still plug them directly to the motherboard? Do need a lightning node Pro as well? Someone please clarify because I have non corsair rgb strips that I want to use aswell as corsair icue link devices.
Also have the same question
for the strips you need a regular corsair rgb device such as a lighting node or commander pro because they use differnt connectors
wanted 2 140s and a 120... but dun wanna bother buying cables went for silent wings 4 instead=) black stealth looks great too
Why wasn't the CPU Tach cable included with the hub or the CPU cooler?
Can you help me, what is the power cable that runs the radiator and control?
Can you send me a link from Amazon so I can purchase it?
Note that I purchased a cable and installed it but the motherboard crashed
Pricing is insane
Get an LCD screen on that bad boy and I'll buy ASAP.
You guys should have added a temperature input sensor to the main hub for people doing watercooling.
you can buy the new icue link corsair pump that has the temperature sensor included
@@VoidOFFICIAL I already have a pump. That’s not a good solution.
@@ErnestoMorin Well, Corsair want you to buy all the watercooling components from them so it’s normal that they will not put something that is compatible with other brands…sad :/
Can you stack 4 fans together?
You can stack up to 7 per channel.
For the price of the 3 fan pack you should include the angled cable even just 1. I do like the system though
Mine did
Is this compatible with the iCUE ELITE CPU Cooler LCD Display?
No, you’d have to buy the link cooler.
W for playing Battlebit
Now my PC is running quiet!
What is an iKey link? :) I would pronounce it 'cue' like pronuncing the letter "q".
not for the price corsair are charging utter rediculous price
QX120RGB support 2000D front fans
Great, but you never showed the routing of the TWO connections on the radiator,
Yup. They conveniently left that part out. I was hoping to take a look but guess not.
legendary quality product but kinda wish it didnt cost a GPUs and CPUs worth to get all together
Convinient. Except connectors position on radiators.
Dumpster fire 🔥
Nice! I have the Corsair Obsidian Series 1000D , imagine the amount of money I would have to spend if I wanted to buy fans to put in that case (13 fans or more. LOL)
Just did it. 16 fan config with the 420mm LCD AIO. $1,300 with tax.
Im doing this, same case, hub and another usb 2.0 header into the commander thingy so it helps deal with the 3 header connectors i have for the two usb2 headers on my motherboard. 😂 nice to know im not the only person in this boat
Very expensive and also doesn’t display the cpu temperature on the iao cooler!
Fans are great, but thr price is ridiculous. What is worse is you don't even get a cable in the single fan!!@!
Price is ridiculous ! 85 dollars for a single fan and I can still see rgb hot spots .I'm real glad I chose Lian Li
If ur broke just say so 😂
@@TkrzTT Why would you assume I'm broke ? 7700x paired with a 4090 🤦♂,Corsair were way to late to the party with these ,so I went with Lian Li ,and glad I did because the build quality is better imo .
@@Ranger_Dog311 Mb 😂
Serious cope right here. 85? What are you talking about it's 49 on new egg if you buy a triple pack it's only 128 you're just poor.
@@mollysmoshingtankcrew9441 that's Australian dollars ! and yeah I'm just poor ,i rock a 4090 and 7700 x 🤦♂ ,now who's poor ?
ok, 300 quid for cpu aio, 150 quid for extra fans, another 40 quid for the cables. thats so much just for some cable management
when are you going to add cable with 2 90 degree angle plugs? also, that hub clearly didnt have the standard magnet in it! you beefed up the magnets for this video! they dont stick that good!
I am very disappointed. I bought my whole setup with corsair products and have many problems. ex. QX fans are not recognized by icue software. And the support is not interested in helping. ...
I have a full setup as well and have experience a wide range if issues such as icue software not recognising the pump or fans as well as crash and pump failures and overheating
@@bunningssnag6303here i am looking at fan stuff, its 1am.. now im craving a snag... 😅
I managed just fine with routing wires from the old style. I'll put my cable management up against people who do it every day! 2 decades as an auto tech will make your wire management skills on point though!
How long this time till you re think the whole system and make this system obsolete?
Why is the connector on the hub propitiatory; Easy money eh? Why isn't it same size as a 2.5" ssd?
Stop investing and making new products everyday, instead sell more products and for longer.
Corsair why did you have to put Micro usb on the hub now I can’t buy this 😭 make a new one with usbc now and I’ll give you my money just plz why why why in 2023 whyyyyyyyyy
How does the micro usb affect you? It's not like you can use it for another product.
Well…. The straight cables they put in their starter kit are absolute E-Waste!!! In all of Corsairs marketing they show the 90-degree cables in use. It’s the 90-degree cable that should be in the kit! The fact that is not included is pathetic!!!😢
integrated magnets??? I'd much rather just have things secured. The only place to put this is directly behind the cpu and the magnets aren't even strong enough to hold it there when the cables are plugged in. The AIO has a command box for 6 fans and RGB but this can't connect the fans to it. Bought these assuming they were just extra fans... Came here wondering what on earth I'm supposed to do with this... And to top it off, I'll have to buy a usb extender too because there's only 2 on the board and one is going to be taken up by the integrated USB ports and the other for the AIO cooler fans. I'm really regretting this purchase. It's just dreadful. Nothing more than a cash grab by Corsair taking advantage of inexperienced builders like me who just think they're buying cooling fans and now have to buy extra cables and adapters off them to make it work. Really disappointed in what I thought was a decent company.
These fans are for the really really rich people. A single 140mm fan is $50+. LMAO, that's how much all the case fans cost in my system from a competitor what uses 5 blade design.
