      Because they are so hard! I can hold a plank for minutes, and run a marathon…but these still get me every time! They are so tough…making them a “less favorite” of line to 😂

    What I love most about your workouts are that they usually have long intervals (30 secs or more). It makes your workout more challenging and effective for me :)

    Por favor, qué ejercicios para quienes tenemos más de 50 años, problemas de hernia discal, y ciertas dificultades con algunos discos, leve inicio de artrosis, y un anhelo verdadero de continuar haciendo ejercicio.
    Practicaba pero luego de un accidente dejé la regularidad y vinieron más dificultades, que ya mencioné. Hago alguno de tus entrenamientos, pero no tengo la certeza sean los adecuados. El médico general sólo me remite a fisio y ello para mí no basta. Por lo pronto sólo camino.😔
    Agradezco una o dos rutinas. Sé que las planchas son muy favorables. No soy de gimnasios y económicamente, no me es factible, actualmente.
