Excellent presentation. I will be concentrating on visualization -breathing and exercising on my total gym, which I just bought. I will be medically fighting to be using that equipment. I will targeting by energy both mentally and physically. Thank you, Tim.

I have started a second journal separate from my morning and evening questions. This journal acts as my gratitude journal. Until now I only have one entry. Starting tomorrow I am begin again on writing in it and continue to do so everyday until it becomes a habit.
I have formed a habit In my life. I get up early, I work on professionally developing me, my business and, goals I have set for that day. I think about my dreams, focusing on my vision, projecting and, becoming my reality. EVERY MORNING!
I am a successful and educated writer, and I time everything I do. I have set times I eat and a set time range, and time I write, walk,sleep by, and wash up, editate, and listen to my stoic belief rules...etc I notice everything gets done. I actually wash up at 5 p.m because I find that washing morning takes time from my window of creativity. I only allow myself in morning, to have things I can have quickly, like coffee (made by machine, seeds, or a boiled egg, or sliced fruit) while I am writing. I limit my cell phone talking time a day to ten minutes, no matter who I am speaking to. I also do not get social media every day now and prefer to get on briefly under 10 minutes a day and most of that time may be for spiritual growth or promoting my work. I have a very peaceful time now.
Hi Tim. Thanks for sharing! I do the same as your first 4 except I didn’t block myself for 2hrs to focus on the task of the day. I will start adding that in my routine. I did hear from other motivators that how important to write down your goal, your dream! You are where you are today. I totally can see the reason behind it!
I don't eat anymore until 11 am at the earliest but I do have coffee for autophagy and I have amazing skin. Some days to boost autophagy I will have half a grapefeuit and celery and egg still not before 10:30 am.

Sir my sisters marriage is the Christmas 😄😃so please 🙏 help me deal with it because I couldn't celebrate Christmas, I didn't know it was which year so Sir 😩, please pray for my healing because it was very sad to say that ☺ my Christian caste is Catholic and my sisters cast is going to be Orthodox, Tim Sir I was dumb and very sad and 😞😢because of that, Tim Han Sir please pray 🙏for my healing please 🙏please for my eyes cheated on me because I hated my mother and was scared of my sister and worried about my mother because she has to take responsibility for everything, please help me prepare for that, please please 🙏🙏🙏
